Hey girl, I’m in Florida and we deal with hurricanes. Just a heads up and something to share with your friends, people you cross paths with. You may want to look at price gouging laws regarding rent. It is illegal for businesses, landlords etc. to significantly increase prices for supplies or housing in the event of a natural disaster. Not sure how California laws are but here in FL that’s a huge no no.

But as a doctor and someone who is suffering scarring alopecia and who had from time to time seborrheic dermatitis and autoimmune dermatitis on the scalp- and someone who visited many dermatologist- as you and anyone needs to wash your face you need to wash your scalp of. It everyday then every two days! The rest is joke and urban legends. It gets dirty just like the skin on your face or body does
