Girl you are so pretty on the inside and out. I love how you respond to every comment too! 💓 If you are still looking for video ideas, may I suggest "boyfriend does my voice over?" It would be so funny to get him involved and narrate your video. Bonus points if you do it like Liza koshy where you lip along to his voice in the intro 😄💓

The video was very interesting. I have also been buying more and more skincare and my skin has been getting more and more agitated and sensitive. I wanted to simplify my skincare routine. I'm going to buy a mild cleanser and Aquaphor and I'm curious to see if my skin recovers. If I don't keep trying out new active ingredients but go back to the basics. I have a question: does Aquaphir clog the pores?
@abbyneff2 ай бұрын
Aquaphor does not clog pores. Like I did, a tiny tiny bit. I HIGHLY recommend picking up the book I suggested

Yes but just use a tiny tiny bit. And of course give it a shot. Everyone's skin is different!

I love skin care so much and I think what works for you might be geared more towards a dryer skin type. My skin is quite oily and I could never ever use a cleansing oil. Also, I absolutely have to wash my face in the mornings. When you have an oily complexion this is a non starter. Collagen isn't fluff, it actually works. I brought the collagen I use to show my doctor and she said to absolutely keep using it and that it does make a difference in skin care and there are studies to back it up. I really enjoy your videos and the information you share with your viewers. Keep 'em coming! ❤
@dianarusnov2923 ай бұрын
I have to wash my face in the morning too because I have so much oil production overnight it's crazy lol, more than during the day. But you can totally double cleanse with an oil if you're oily! I've been doing it for almost 10 years now, and I swear by it over a micellar water or a wipe. Those drag makeup across my skin and cause premature wrinkles because you tug on it. Not every oil is suitable for oily or acne-prone skin though, like the one she showed is olive oil based which caused severe acne for me. The Kose Softy Mo, the Pyungkang Yul balm, and even the ELF cleansing balm have been great for me. Commenting just in case it helps someone else, not telling you to change your routine!
@sarahgee66903 ай бұрын
@@dianarusnov292 Thank you so much for sharing! I tried an oil several years ago and it broke me out so badly. It took a lot of time and money to fix my skin and I just never want to go down that road again. I think if someone has oily skin they should tread very carefully in the oil cleansing world.
@laurenskillen85852 ай бұрын
@@sarahgee6690 I have oily skin and swear by the One Love Organics Cleansing Oil! Been using it for about 10 years. When I lived in NYC the facial spa I'd go to would use it on all their clients as well. It doesn't strip, doesn't leave a residue and smells amazing. It's pricey, but lasts me a long time.

Great video! I love aquafor. Do you always use it after sunscreen? Do you skip your ilia face base when using the aquafor? Thanks!!😊
@abbyneffАй бұрын
If my sunscreen is super hydrating then I don't feel like I need it. Generally before makeup I don't apply aquafor and if I do its a TINY amount like I showed and I do that right out of the shower. But generally I use it at night and in the day under makeup I do SPF and the ilia essence.

Again, you can do two rounds if you feel like you need to but you will be super clean after. It breaks through it all. Cleansers just dry you out for the most part. As long as your makeup is off, your skin can be skin

I know what you mean that promoting it means people will buy from other people but I’ll make it more clear to be sure where your source is. These are close friends of mines companies and I know and trust where and how they source!

@@abbyneff but please explain to me how they get beef tallow or collagen without killing the animals? And, honestly, there are so many plant-based products out there, we gotta let the animals out of any form of exploitation.
