I love this business you learn something new everyone you do s repair your kinda stuck on....sometimes all we have to do is have open mind and listen , dude this beats trying to spread it to fill s hole , and it's a pain in the nuts , thank you kind sir I will be using this trick on this 57 Cadillac I'm just filling and making it sellable cheap n fast !!!!

I got an 89 Chevy and put new everything but the pcm or ECM or the fule pressure regulator man I hope that's all it will be the computers they ant cheep at all

This video was a lifesaver for me late Friday night. I welded what I could in the arches and the upper part was impossible for me due to angles etc couldn't even get a grinder in. After failing with fibreglass for the first time, trying to press it in Nd having it just fall in my face in lumps I was getting frustrated. Did the patch method with a plastic bag, and it worked spot on. Thanks fir sharing this, literally life saving. And I'll definitely use this over welding in the future for some things. Thank you my friend for sharing that great idea. I have a similar repair to do and will give it a try . A great cheap and quick way of fixing a hole without the cost of welding . Regards from the UK .

This is great! So many get hung up on things looking perfect of on making a fix that ends up outliving a used car that probably only has under 5-10 years left anyhow. This is a GREAT way to get it done in a hurry, and get back to work so I can buy something that will last well into the future! :)

Get yourself a dash cover the carpet ones usually fit pretty good, an I never thought of fixing my dash that way ima have to try what your doing

Just as a side question, What is the material you use to make those covers for the wheels to protect them from overspray?? I see alot of shops use them but I can never tell if it's old blankets or a different kind of cloth.

You can buy production style wheel covers but I use Fleece from the fabric store

Good Afternoon, I, am using an R500 lvlp 1.7 tip with Speedokote BLACK Automotive 2.1 Low VOC 2K Urethane Primer Black mixed 4:1 and my prime is very rough, almost sandpaper feeling. I sanded it down and then tried the same with a reducer 4:1:1 with the same results. I'm using the Vevor 6hp compressor. Any ideas?
