An interesting take on a BBQ sauce! Never seen oil or Soy Sauce added, but definitely want to give this a try. One thing I will say, despite the spelling, it's pronounced "Wuss-tish-er" sauce, though half up Brits pronounce it wrong too ha!

...the real "penne alla vodka" doesn't need oregano, but has one more ingredient: pancetta (cured unsmoked bacon), finely chopped in little cubes and sauteed together with the onion. Anyway, this is one of my favorite dishes... 👍

I was originally going to put pancetta in there but my mother-in-law is a vegetarian so I didn’t put it there. I didn’t think she was gonna have any because she doesn’t care for penne alla vodka, but she said she was gonna have some so I decided to leave out the pancetta
