Spinach and artichoke stuffed chicken breast in the air fryer

Ingredients:
2 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 oz. goat cheese, room temperature
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Olive oil cooking spray
5 oz. baby spinach
1 (15-oz.) can quartered artichoke hearts, well drained and roughly chopped
4 (6-oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Cook at 350°, in the air fryer, turning halfway through, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part registers 165°, 16 to 20 minutes.
