Solid interview Topher, but sadly Ali does not act these words out in her career. Ali was the least inclusive manager that I have ever had, enforcing dress code requirements beyond those provided by corporate, not providing adequate time-off for personal relocation, etc. She put the cherry on top of our proverbial cake when she attempted to fire me for a no call, no show after we had a face-to-face conversation and agreement about me accepting another position elsewhere and ending my employment that same day. Someone who would intentionally damage the career of the only African American salesperson on their team is not a model for driving diversity in sales. P.S. the secret to sales is empowering the rockstars that make up your sales team
