What's with the promotion of left-wing ideologies in this video, like climate change, and promoting criminal companies, like Microsoft?

To deal with regrets, focus on accepting the past and learning from your experiences to improve the present. As Seneca said, "Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end." Use your regrets as a foundation for personal growth and positive change. Thanks for sharing this amazing vidoen

Unfortunately, even if I manage to deal with the past, someone always finds it necessary to remind me of it.

That is human! I would suggest to focus on the positives of that person when you are reminded of the bad! With time you will overcome this! My thoughts are with you.

My girlfriend of 4 years is starting to ignore me more and makes excuses not to see me.She says she loves me but I'm starting to lose myself and my charecter.Being rejected is horrible but I'm learning to get my mind in a place that is resilient, strong and positive. I refuse to be treated this way and taking control.Lets see what happens, but im chasing anymore. Those days are done. These videos are so true and helpful 😊

"it's not the cold pizza that disturbs us, it's our interpretation of it" this one stuck to me because in a way, it highlights that it's your quality of thoughts that have control over how you feel, but it doesn't mean it's actually true ( im not sure if that makes sense ) and i realized how the 10 principles link together and, especially how you shouldn't worry about having control over the external, but instead, the internal. it basically means that it's all up to ourselves to be happy, life will always throw curveballs, it's up to you, how you react to them. i found the video helpful and im a new subscriber :)

The best way to avoid toxic people is to get away from them as soon as possible.
