Th3 fire will cost a fortune in charcoal

I just use charcoal to start the fire. I burn wood (cherry and hickory). I was a rookie when I did this video. If you dry your wood properly. It takes half the wood I had to use in that video. Thanks for watching

Another thing I found helpful is to use Lucas deep clean in a new tank of fuel once a year. I also use half a bottle of Lucas diesel treatment every fill up. I haven't had any problems since I started doing that.

I can't get my cap off, and it does not have the little hole in the center like the one in the video. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I just bought this kit and my starter cable isn’t even as long as yours. It’s 2 or 3 inches shorter and I haven’t come up with an idea yet to compensate that distance

changed that effin filter under my left foot area. That filter is so small and almost impossible to change with the mower deck on. I recommend any time the mower deck is off, change that filter. I am also thinking of moving it closer to the fuel pump so it is more accessible behind the left side panel. @@surfearth1

Had the same problem, on my 2018 one week after service. The dealership did not change my filters. They told me during service they change the oil and look at the filter. If they thank it needs replaced then they will replace. I paid for items I did not receive. Keep in mind they do not replace the hydraulic oil or filter.

Chuckle is every novice welder’s patron saint. I’m 73 and a friend and I wanted to get into a beginning welding class but unfortunately, Tulsa Welding is $40 plus K, and the local college discourages people from taking the courses if they’re not going to do it as a trade.

For those of you that dont know...........the music that plays before Enter Sandman.............is the instrumental version of Johnny Cash's Gods Gonna Cut Them Down.... (you can use Shazam on this if you need to ... to bring it up) Johnny Cash and his family were raised in Southwest Virginia near Bristol near a small town called Hiltons, Virginia...... Johnny Cash, called The Man In Black, always dressed in black to represent all those who were poor and downtrodden and were hard working down home people like the people who lived near his home ...... much like the blue collar approach the Tech Defense brings to the table with the Tech Work Pail. When Tech begins playing.........The Man In Black and playing his "God's Gonna Cut Them Down"..... then plays... "Enter Sandman" by Metallica...... The stage is set............. God's Gonna Cut Down The Opponent....and Bring In The Sandman To Do It........... Yes..... THE best entrance in all of college football........ PERIOD!

My dealer "replaced" mine too.... turns out they didn't. Check the filter that's right beside the tank on the underside of the wheel well. They are a little challenging to get to and replace. I guess my dealer decided "it would be alright" to leave the old one in. I changed that particular filter and haven't had a problem since. Good luck

Good looking build. I’m about to build 4 “rentals” out of 100lb tanks. My question is do you feel 3/16 was enough of a heat sink or would you go 1/4”? Obviously the shell is thin so I’m debating how much steel to beef up to help the heat fluctuations. Look forward to your input and happy smoking!!! Adam from Duncan BC Canada.
@MrJasonButcher
@MrJasonButcher 3 жыл бұрын
I've burned about 3 trees through this thing since I built it. There's no sink from heat in the steel anywhere. I'm sure 1/4" would give better heat retention, but that is limited by the thickness of the propane tank I used for the food chamber. I use hickory and cherry and dictate my heat with the wood. In summer, I use 80% cherry and 20% hickory. In the winter I use 60% hickory and 40% cherry.
