When you fight the crucible knight in the evergaol the music that plays when you fight him really sells the oppressive, terrifying force of destruction that he is!

Here's my list, I'll not include sekiro because it's NOT a souls game, it's a masterpiece but it doesn't belong in this list. 1-elden ring 2-dark souls 3 3-bloodborne 4-dark souls 2 5-demon's souls 6-dark souls 1. Ds1 is the most overrated game ever, the level design was shockingly bad and so were the bosses, the glorious first half of the game is basically a running simulator because you don't have fast travel and the second half of the game has some of the worst level designs I've ever seen in a video game, the only saving grace this game has is the dlc and it's awesome bosses, if ds1 didn't have this dlc it's a 4/10 game at best.

I kinda never really struggled with Malenia… beat her 3x in like under 10 tries…I had way more trouble with many other bosses like nameless King, Manus and Both dragons (Kalameet & Midr) 😂

Elden ring hot take: The lake of rot is a good area, for a first playthrough it looks so much cool, and its actually very easy to get through it, also you have the entire ainsel/noxtella part before it which is one of the coolest areas of the game
@hussien044 күн бұрын
Imo the worst ds2 area is the the gutter/black gulch, sure the frigid outskirts is definitely worse but it's completely optional so you can just ignore it like I did, the black gulch however is mandatory

i think that the first place now is for Promised consort Radhan (my opinion)
The worst demon's souls runback has to be the old hero's one, you have to run through the ritual path which is just torture

Bloodborne and Elden ring are objectively the most perfect souls in every term , Elden did it more perfectly and tbh it’s normal because that’s what Elden ring should do for being the newest souls

worst as in the most annoying? because if were talking worst boss design and purely just gimmick, i think the worst one is Ceaseless Discharge from ds1

Haven't played all of them yet, so atm it's: 1. DS 2. Bloodborne 3. Elden Ring 4. DS2 Btw, I don't fully understand the blood vial criticism. I never had to farm them other than maybe in the first few hours of playing it. At some point when you get the combat system and have better gear you'll just stack them up from enemy drops that you'll just always go back up to max when you respawn. I also often bought vials and bullets with my remaining souls after leveling up, so that helped, but it didn't feel like a downside. Just an investment to be able to do harder bosses without having to farm resources. And for DS2 I really don't get most of the hate. I'm going for all trophies atm, and am 100+ hours in and still enjoying it. I don't mind having to upgrade adaptability to improve my rolls. If I want the systems of the other games I can just play those, I don't mind each game trying out new ways of combat and leveling.

I think either Martyr Logarius or Laurence the First Vicar should have gotten it. The run back to the shadows is tedious, but relatively easy and safe. Martyr Logarius requires you to run through a room of ghosts, some guy shooting stuff at you, then you have to traverse rooftops and drop from a height that ALWAYS damages you. It is literally impossible to get to Logarius at full health unless you heal. Laurence requires you to run from the beginning of the DLC all the way to the cathedral. You have to stand and wait for the flaming ball to fall, fight anything it doesn’t kill because you can’t enter the cathedral until the door opens and the giant guy comes out. Then you have to get past giant guy without him hitting you. And Laurence is HARD. Much harder than Logarius, who you can parry. Personally, I think Laurence is harder than the Orphan of Kos.

I absolutely hate rykard. I always fail to kill him before the skulls start coming out the sky and always die
Gehrman would be number one for me, with Maria closely second. Bloodborne’s whole soundtrack is amazing but these two capture the emotion of their fights perfectly.

I'm a year late, but my #1 is the Haligtree. It took several playthroughs, before it knocked Farum Azula to #2. It's amazing what secrets you can uncover, in each new game. In fact, on my 5th playthrough, I discovered that, near the base of the Haligtree, you can look down from the cliff where the Rotten Tree Spirit is, and see down into Malenia's chamber! After that battle, I looked up, and sure enough, you can see where you were, not too long ago. I have to give Leyndell a tie for #2. The majesty of that city is breathtaking. The artistry in this game is like none other, I've ever played. 😁

Personally i would say champion gundyr. No magic, no summon, no extra stuff. Just a dude in armor with a weapon and anger issues. A fair 1v1 duel which is so perfect gameplay wise, but i always see people forgetting him

Both Radahn & Malenia took me roughly the same amount of time to beat the first time (about a few days). But I’ve never fought either of them on regular NG. For Malenia it was NG+1, and I was somewhere around lvl 250+. And, If I’m remembering correctly I was using the mimic tear (although it could have been tiche as well). I used the same character for Radahn as I did for Malenia (my one and only character until about a week ago). Except at the time of my first dlc playthrough I was already well past NG+7 and at lvl 501. And I no longer summon. My scadutree blessing was also at least 19 (it could have been 20 though). That being said I’m not 100% sure who I think is harder. It took me a really long time to learn how to fight Malenia. And even though I’ve beaten him several times, I’m still learning the Radahn fight. If I had to pick, I’d say I lean a little bit more towards Radahn being harder. But that could change once I really figure out the fight.

The war between two friends who save the other from the nightmare by killing him: Gehrman. A magnificent music and arena were chosen to suit this ending. I think Gehrman is the best theme that includes you in the scenerio.

Season 8, Episode 3? A truly atrocious episode, where the entire story arc of 7+ seasons comes to a close by Arya killing the Night King. Absurd, no logic...just the Benioff's doing Benioff things. And let's not forget about Jon taking on all of the army of the dead and surviving (as indeed did most of the characters). That was one of the worst episodes in my eyes. So much potential, burnt so completely. All the love I had for this series, already lost in many ways, was completely eradicated at this point.
