no - this is a very old game

actually i quite impressed and grateful that some effort is being made to still make very old games available again and this one was only made for MAC, i would love to know how exactly they got it over onto PC. Of course this game is not the pinnacle of flight sims today - that would go to the DCS and IL-2 folks i imagine, and hopefuly Microprose again when the new B-17 game comes out

i am not sure who even owns the right sto Imagic stuff nowadays. I dont think any imagic titles have yet appeared either on gog.com or steam, right? The main name on this title was Wild Bill Stealey, who left microprose and made imagic with their own inhouse game engine. He has still been making some games in recent years - M4 Tank Brigade, as well as the Warbirds titles, i think his company is ientertainment network . But i think probably because to run the game you need to run it from a virtual win95 (that has been setup on dosbox in my video) and i am not sure that is a legit viable way to repackage and resell these old games. ipanzer '44 however does actually still run natively in windows 10 and 11 but needs some emulation wrappers

for this i was using dosbox running windows 95 - you can find this is all in one package, available to buy from the website "Allvideo Classic Games". its an easy install of the game setup to run straight away using win95 in dosbox, so you dont have to do any fiddling around yourself to get it to run

yes, its a pretty fun game, obviously not as realistic as GP2 might be relatively speaking, but still worthwhile. Once you accept it is an action sim and cars might just literally drive over you like little monster trucks sometimes its great

Rowan's Battle of Britain 1 and 2 are awesome - number 2 is probably the easier to get running in windwos11 though i havent tested that yet. - massive simulations with dynamic campaigns. A little buggy here and there but otherwise awesome

well its not surprising, there was really not much ever written up about them. I dont think i could even find a review anywhere from the time. Perhaps no one played it. It is the MS-dos version of the game "Out of the Sun" that was released on mac, though it is just missing the eastern front component. They were also an example of what one could create with the Flight Sim Toolkit from Domark

you wont find it online i think, but the guys working on thr Exodos project have it and it will prob be in the next Exodos release - i recommend you join the Exodos discord and you find it possible someone there can help you out

i dont own that game, - it looks like a good god game, though not really a genre i am interested in and also i like to play much older titles mostly, but thanks for the suggestion

oh cool - there was though a cdrom that came with the game that contained a documentary if i recall, - i have never watched it but maybe you video is on it?
