If it’s a brand new pool set up. Do you have to run the backwash setting if I’m using the polyester balls???

Do you have to back wash the filtration spheres too, if you using them instead of the sand media. ?

It won't hurt the pool if sides are bowed to get in and play?

Why isnt the suction ports working very good on my pool? The outlet is spraying water good but suction is not even trapping a dead fly or debris?? So frustrating

Yup. I should have recessed the pavers under my legs. The longs sides started bowing in as it filled. Glad i didn't fill it up all the way. I do need to drain some of the water to take some weight off. Then i can make the top of the pavers level with the ground. Good video!!!!

Mine looks exactly like this right now lol. I just went and bought a bunch of liquid chlorine yesterday.

Where is that water coming from did you feel that jug with water??

I have a question I have a pool that’s 18’ x 48” - 1,500 gallons can I upgrade my sand filter to 2,200 gallons???? Cause my 1,500 stop working when I put the parts together and I was about to buy another one until I saw the reviews that are horrible

Hi Dale, thank you so much for posting this video as the instructions are unhelpful to say the least!! Unfortunately I didn’t see your video until after we filled the pool… we installed on level ground but we placed patio blocks underneath each leg which are 2 inches high. Now the pool is filled and the sides are (somewhat) bowed. We are debating whether we should empty it and start over with thinner blocks, or to live with it this summer… what’s your view?

How often do you brush the pool?

If you set the pump to the play setting, does both filter work at the same time the spheres and sand ?? I just bought the pool and haven’t set up mine. It comes with the same type of pump.

Ugh, a couple of the polls around one side of my pool are leaning towards the deeper end (started out about 2 inches unlevel and now it’s like 4 to 5 inches unlevel, but the polls are leaning towards the deep end…. Every time I get in, I think to myself is today going to be the day that it collapses and shoots me out the side.

Just purchased this set… So does the Skimmer stay in all the time? There's no explanation with the set what the skimmer is for and when to use… Forgive my ignorance.
