St Philaret taught what the TO teaches today. The only thing a person really needs to understand what he taught is the Sorrowful Epistles. There are myriads over other writings we could point to in order to prove this. If he taught the opposite of what current day ROCOR MP, then he clearly isn’t one of theirs.

If heretics don't wear the Epitrachilion they aren't praying with us but only participating to learn... Bishops is splitting the Orthodox Church and they left even GOC genuine Orthodoxy! Instead of enduring persecution for Christ from all "faithfuls on lips" inside the Church not outside the body of Christ. God don't recognise the ecumenists as bishops? O but yes he recognise them as heretics and for this he will judge them and us.☦️☘️

Where would one who is on the Florida panhandle go to join? Me and my wife have repented from Protestantism and are catechumens in a Greek church but they won’t baptize us into the church and we don’t want to raise our 7 children up in heresy. What is a family like mine to do???

I know Fr. Boniface is in Lakeland, Florida. He is a Hieromonk of the Autonomous Orthodox Metropolia. At stpaulhermitage.com/ I don't doubt there are other True Orthodox in Florida, that's all I know about in the state. He appears on NFTU's channel often.

Its tragic...but does the church of Russia not possess the right to protect her flock against schismatics? Plus its hard to believe anything you schismatics say when you always move the goal post when we want to dialogue with you. Remember you are schismatics...not us. We dont have to join you. I only really began to understand what I’d stumbled into… the OCA because it’s the only EO parish within driving distance of me…a few years ago. I greatly lamented that my ex Deacon (OCA) hubby didn’t want to go to nearby ROCOR monastery… now I’m discovering that current ROCOR isn’t great and I’ve ALWAYS instinctively thought the re Union with MP was sus… Lord have mercy! 🤦🏻♀️🙏🏻

Why have I always instinctively had this view? I’ve only been EO ten years after 30 plus years in a Hindu cult, Protestantism and RC before finally finding EO at age 56? Is it because I had two dreams of St John of SF before I really knew who he was? And because I read Fr Seraphim Rose from the very beginning?

I ended up finding Fr. Seraphim’s book Orthodoxy and the Religion of the Future and the next thing I know I’m at a monastery named after Saint John. His missionary work continues. Sadly, most of his work is being censored or reinterpreted in a context he didn’t intend. Not surprising considering he gave many warnings along with people like St. Philaret, Archbishop Averky and St. John Maximovitch. (They all knew the danger of a swift union.) Fr. Seraphim Rose actually praised those who would be bold enough to resist such a "union". He wrote: "we really feared ... there might be some kind of hasty “union,” which would be disastrous for the cause of True Orthodoxy, and would have caused a schism, even if perhaps only a few would have been bold enough to separate from this “union.”"

Correction to the narrator: modern Mexicans, Central Americans, and Columbians are mixed European and Native, the natives didn't just disappear. Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Guatemala, El Salvador are all majority indigenous by blood. Brazil is much more mixed but still has some native ancestry.
