I have revolving inventory. I made a shipment today. The vast majority of the shipment were items I bought more than 6 months ago. The items I source today with be my sales in January .

Not sure. Lot of variables. Example… Do you have space to store ? If shopping at Ollie’s only, you will need to hold items for a bit. You would need to have 5-10 Ollie’s that you would regularly source from. Do you love Ollie’s ? Going to have to live the store. I do! Some don’t .

Another thing to note is Ollie’s keeps opening more stories. They are making their way west. They open a new store about one every month.

Hey Dan, if you’re interested in trading maybe you can appreciate a project I’m working on. It’s time series forecasting on Amazon product prices using keepa’s api for historical data. It plots a chart similar to keepa + 6 months into the future and includes a confidence interval band. It seems to identify trends like q4 and textbooks january/august really well. Still testing it, once it’s done I want to make it a chrome extension and available for use.

MARS was sending those same types of letters with their candy brands, specifically Snickers. I probably got that letter 5 times before selling out. You'd respond and they'd send the same exact letter. Fortunately it never escalated. Saw C-3PO at one store and they had about 25 in stock, so I passed.

Good to know with the letters. Can't imagine that a company would spend lawyer fees chasing us down. I have never heard of anyone getting any actual legal or Amazon trouble as a result of these letters. I am now seeing more C-3PO, that will be a long hold but such a nice item. Can't imagine losing money on that, might have to hold till next xmas and that's fine with me. I seem to get better ROI returns on my toys than I do in the market.

I trade with apex for futures. For forex I trade the funding trader program. Ive got funded 5x this year and blew everyone once I got them. It’s definitely a process. Last year was getting funding and now. It’s me working on payouts.

Not sure if I said it in the video or not but I am with Apex also. With this labor day sale, going to open two new accounts today. I know a lot of traders like forex. I'm going to just stick with Futures on NQ and CL for now. I , like most traders, need to control my greed and over trading.

All in my basement. Since my back injury, I have been looking to other options. Going up and down stairs is not helping my injury. I have an equipment shed that I have been thinking about moving into but it would require heat and air. Not sure if its worth the effort.

Dan, I stumbled across your channel just yesterday and this pro tip was what I needed to hear. Mindset is everything!! I’ve come to realize that my mindset is what’s been holding me captive to an hourly job. I’ve listened to Rich Dad Poor Dad before but apparently I need to listen to it again and let it sink in this time. Going to Ollie’s today for my first sourcing trip as a “business owner”.
