I think if that setup was reversed it would probably be better? Seems like all the sub guys now days have everything front facing. I didn't see one hair move which is interesting. Some day I want the new 24" square jackhammer just for fun lol

What I’m really noticing is how large the woofers are but somehow still sound very quick and punchy. Idk anything about MTX. I’m the average Sundown Audio/SKAR/Down4sound/lil bit American Bass interested/currently looking into the possible power of bigger built square subs(bigger than kickers shit)

I believe it was, but I clamped around 19k total for power, I was rising up to around 4 ohms back then lol

that "auto zone radio" was bought used and ran in my tahoe for 7 years of abuse, I replaced it with another one like it and use it today playing music at 165 Db :)

My peerless 15 inch subwoofer has a 7.4 inch voice coil. The jackhammer voice coil is still big some15 years later

I run all of my 9ks @.35 daily, I rise up to 1.1 or so reactive and I have clamped over 9,000 out of my amps but usually get around 8k out of them RMS with voltage dropping to 13.2 or so. They are also 8+ years old and still going strong :)

@@rocketboy1000rr thank you sir. They definitely are great amps. I was just curious because I've seen a lot of people say that their b2 audio zero 8k was stronger then the sundown 7500 and dc 9k so I was curious on clamp results instead of dyno number on the 8k. Seen the b2 zero 8k do about 5900 at 2 ohms at 13.63 volts. I was gonna go with b2 however dd is releasing a new m5 with 20% more power and triple inputs. I'm very close with a dealer so for warranty purposes being easier to get taken of and the upgrades to it plus the price I can get it for ima go with that option instead. Hope for great clamp results. Goin on 2 dd 9500 15s fully built wired to half. Plenty of electrical. Overdoing that. Dont wanna drop below 13.5 at idle is the goal.
