not bad for a guy with only nine fingers! I have been listening to Phil since the early 1970's. he's been a big influence on my playing for sure.

Phil is an amazing vocalist as well look up a video of his song "Time" you won't be disappointed theres an amazing solo in that song as well.

I always hear a crackling fire around the campfire when i hear Dany's simple acoustic work. Enjoy your reactions. Some of their newer stuff if you're still around?....anything from the Teatro performance. Viva La Warning.....

Re the digit missing from his right hand, I think he lets us know what happened in the following song . . . “See the old red barn standing there Just the same, the same as it did so long ago And the water pump that took a part of me Started me reliving that day when I was four” “Way Back Home”, Phil Keaggy

Keaggy can play anything. He was shredding in the 1960s with a band called Glass Harp....

You haven’t seen nothing yet. He has been playing for a long time. Check out his other materials. I found his Master of musicians when I was only 16. He was my musician when Montly Crue was everyone’s favorite.

The other album you really want to hear in his early catalog is "Songs In The Air" with his band at the time called Glass Harp

You're in good company with admiration of Keaggy....according to Leland Sklar, every guitarist he's worked with (and he's worked with a lot of top notch players), just roll their eyes and shake their heads about his skill. He's a one off, the Lionel Messi of guitars

So Paul, why aren't you continuing to react to The Warning? It's been 4 years. Did you get out of the business?

Definitely listen to more of his stuff. He sings harmonies with himself via the mic inside the guitar - singing into the sound hole adding vocal layers to his loops. And I believe he uses at least 2 loopers

Welcome to the future (3 years later) and these ladies have put out another album, Error, that I believe you will really like as it is a lot harder rock. Just take a look and I think you will be pleased. Love your detailed, honest reactions. Greatly appreciated.

You need to see some of his electric playing. You have only scratched the surface of what Phil is capable of. I would definitely rank him at the top strata of the heap for both acoustic and electric guitar player lists.
