Hey, Nima, is there a big difference between straight bar dips and normal dips? Or are they around the same in terms of triceps activation.

Normal dips are better if you want to isolate tricep also easier to add on more weight and get a deeper stretch. But for some reason the normal ones feels weird in my shoulders. idk why

Good point. This is for you to pick and choose depending on time and goals. Some might wanna do them all but the average person might only have 5 - 7 exercises in rotation 🏃🏽♂️

I think im not strong enough to push up when going into handstand position. I mean, my arms are locked in at a 90 angle, and there I reach the bent-arm hs part, but pushing up is so difficult 😭

i dont really understand why machine fly gets neglected: cable fly provides even tension, and the machine fly is harder in the stretch position (at least for me) and easier at the squeeze, so considering recent studies about the stretch - machine fly seems like a slightly better option (neutral at least)

I hear you, I can see how a machine fly can be better in many cases. But I think that cable fly is overall more adaptable for every body type and more accessible

you have your shoulders too low on the transition, if you notice, when you are doing pike or handstand push ups you dont have your shoulders that low (try to maintain 90º). I hope this will help you 💪 I just realise that you say the same thing on the video...
