Hiya Steve just re watching this tour as me an the lads have had a bit of a "very varied year" re health wise family issues untold diff reasons why "we cant all get together for old good old lads" tour but Ive sent em all a "Steve Clarke" video to try to get em up an running for nxt summer !! hope it works coz 2025 gonna b a bit challenging for me so this kind of tour would suit me and the "lads". Tnx for uploading the vids. Done loads last few years Europe/Swiss/Germany / Italy / etc etc sometimes its really cool just to chill out an do less miles and take it all in. Just me 2 pence worth from a soft Southerner whole luvs the Yorkshire/Borders/ Dales/ Moors etc etc

I did this in the opposite direction a couple of years ago in a 1971 camper van . I would say the M6 motorway with no hard shoulder is by far , more dangerous than driving this road. Scenery not as good though 😂

Beautiful sunset. We get a lot of those up here in Norfolk, and particularly over the Broads. I can't believe the price of that caravan, I might have to sell my tent and do that instead!!

Superb, thank you. I live just a few miles east of Norwich, and I've ridden most of those roads at some point, but I confess to forgetting just how pretty Norfolk and Suffolk can be. It's so interesting to see it through a visitors eyes. SImon Weir just sold another book off the back of this video.😂

I grew up in Norfolk and that run from Cromer to Hunstanton was our regular run, brought back some good memories

Love your pronunciation of Leiston and Aldeburgh. Suffolk and Norfolk have some unusual spellings of placenames that caught us out when we moved to Suffolk. Did you spot House in the Clouds at Thorpeness on your way to Aldeburgh? You also missed the chippy at Aldeburgh just down the High Street next to the pub. Normally go there after Christmas to have fish and chips on the beach but beware of the gulls.

Steve, I notice that your Drift camera is connected to your microphone and works, I have 2 Drift XL Camera's and the microphones provided with both fail to work, they do not recognise the microphone when plugged in, have you ever had a similar problem and if so how did you get over it. Mick
