My husband was a runner for over 30 years, the only time he got shin splints is when he didn’t change out his shoes every six months! Please make sure that you have good running shoes. They break down very easy and that causes shin splints.

I know that I have also been struggling with what I call the mystery illness, because Dr's have run tests and things and still haven't figured it out. Trying a different practice to see if they have any different ideas, because my joints and body still hurt and have had weird nerve/dizziness/feeling like I'm gonna passout all mixed together when I move or anything moves me.

I'm 76 years old and have never heard of traditional yeast or putting it in soup. Boy I must have been out in the boonies. Love you and your beautiful precious family.i live in Southwest Colorado down by Mesa Verde National Park you should bring you beautiful family down to see it some day. It's wonderful, and so interesting. And the beautiful Sleeping Ute Mountain.. love it! Honey I'm so very proud of you and all the things you do. I was watching Becky from Acre homestead and she said she loved to watching Jamerrill Stewart and got to meet you when she went on her trip so I looked you up have watched you ever since have loved your show. Would have loved to cook like that 30 years ago but now my son is a Dr. In Indiana and my Daugghter lives around here. I do make a extra dish when I fix lots of things. I’d like to suggest that you plant some zinnias. They are super easy to plant from seed. They keep spreading and blooming all summer until it frosts. My husband plants them for me to use as a cutting garden every year. It makes my heart happy every time I look at them.😊

There was an Italian family (parents born and raised in Italy and spoke very little English) and their daughter said that their mother cooked EVERYTHING over HIGH FLAME and she spattered food everywhere and left it for someone else to clean up. They would fuss at her to use much LOWER heat and she would say, "No, no, I cooky fast!".

That canopener my mother and father I law got for my husband and I. They got it because one year our little hand can opener decided to play dirty and wouldn't work. Got that one fixed, but they got us the electronic one thinking our little one would stop worker shortly. The electric can opener has been sitting in its box since we got it 2 years ago. We still have our original little can opener I fixed. It's still working and is playing nice for now. Lol

An OXO Good Grips manual can opener is the BEST I have found. It opens ALL sizes of cans with ease. Easy in the joints too!

Yes ! I’m so glad about you getting microphone because I’ve been watching your channel back when you were having to use your kitchen table for your countertop and all your children were very young but in your new kitchen the volume is all over the place . In some spots you can hear you but mostly not because when you’re talking normally it’s not loud enough. So I’m hoping that the mics help in that situation because it’s frustrating to be watching and constantly missing half of everything your saying every time your speaking! Blessings 💕
