I grew up listening to Rory, saw him live several times. He was, in my opinion, the greatest guitarist. His albums are all very good and his live performances were truly memorable. He was totally dedicated to his craft.

A different level of success, musically, lyrically superior. Jealous Justine Hawkins. 👍🏻

I have no clue what Mustaine meant when he said Ice-T served two tours in Afghanistan. Ice-T was in the army in the 80's - was he fighting the Russians or something? Maybe he meant he did some USO good will stuff. I could see that.

Hope the tour went well Justin! When you are back you should check Ren - Troubles which was released a day or so ago. It's pretty special and is a message of hope for people struggling with long term illnesses

Listen, exile is the peak for anyone who is a Stones purist. However, let's give a moment to appreciate their ability to do so many different things over a huge about of time. And the fact that at this point they deserve to phone it in and they aren't! I truly love this song from the new album and yes I do love the funk breakdown as well. I think it's the best song on the album to my ear anyway!

Cell phones for the most part why I stopped going to live music concerts. What is funny is that I’ve been watching concerts from Japan and I don’t see any cell phones taking photos or videos…

I criticize them all the time. Mothers milk and blood sugar are their only two good albums

He wrote this album after getting sober and working on himself and it definitely shows in the songwriting.

My theory about why people let negative comments or attitudes affect them more than positive ones is that humans have evolved to respond to threat. We simply pay more attention to aggression than kindness out of self-preservation. IMHO, anyway.

I’ve been listening alot to their new record the last week and i totally love it. This song reminds me of the Raspberries. But man, the influences are all over it. Rundgren, Left Banke, Montage, Tages, Flying Machine, Emmit Rhodes, Curt Boetcher, Key, Beach Boys, Beatles, Nick DeCaro. Even elephant6 stuff like The Minders , Of Montreal, Ladybug Transistor… hard to not love this ❤

Ian brown is a one off, one of the best voices of all time, not conventional, but then neither is Johnny rotten. Plenty of boring front men singers out there only one Ian brown.

I can here so many influences in there and they have great taste in influences even if it was that their influences had great taste in influences. Everyone from Alex Turner to Jarvis Cocker to even a bit of John Cooper Clarke in James's delivery and wit in song writing. Then the band itself shows me something new every bloody track. LCD sound system, Chic, Cake, Chromeo, I've even heard a bit of Joy Division in some of the bass lines. Class new band and boy do we need more of them these days.

Glad/sad, nope we dont say "glayad" in the states. Puddle of mud apparently does though, and he's right in the middle of "creed's" time in the spotlight, so makes sense he'd be using that kind of inflection. Lol

I love your take on it....that it is performance art, and he's intentionally doing all this. But, he is clearly delusional. He thinks he is good. He can dance, and is somewhat of a decent actor. But a singer and songwriter he is NOT! The only thing he ever got from Michael Jackson was some dance moves, and his rejected wardrobe.

It’s pretty good but actually the least interesting song on the great new album.
Okay, you need to come back. Life is getting boring in KZbin Land. March and April have passed... where are you Justin Hawkins? You need to ride again... AGAIN!
