I grew up skiing at Tahoe and staying up there for portions of Winter months with my aunt & uncle. I absolutely loved it, but nowadays heck no. These old bones need warmth. I still take trips up there from delta area and that’s just enough for me. Sugar snow is beautiful and always reminds me of Gods glitter❄️❄️❄️❄️

I had to giggle at the huge teddy bear. When my youngest boy was 8 (he's now 20) he had one that he named "Big Fat Teddy". He was training himself to become a future WWE wrestler and BFT was his constant opponent. Poor thing went through hell. 😂 Thanks for the memory! The snow where you are is beautiful.... Well of course you did! We recently got a trace of snow and i am moaning and groaning about it. Saying " snow should stay in the mountains where it belongs". I figured i spent my fill of years in the snow. In NY there are plenty of hills to drive on during snowy weather. Such fun 😮! Birdie, you went and made me stop and think about the beautiful and quiet times one can have. You can actually hear the quiet...... and the crunch, crunch of walking in it and the sound of tires. ... stop me... I still don't want it to snow near me. I do like the sugar snow. I can eat as much as i like and never gain an ounce from it. Yes, thrift stores! Love them! Birdie, you dont get it😊 we like all you put up. Its always wonderful! Don't think about it. Enjoy it! Cause we do! ❤❄️

Glad you get to enjoy the snow without having to tough it out in a vehicle. It is very beautiful, but winter can be brutal. Tell Patti she needs some chickens in her pen, with the price of eggs and all. There's something about chickens that I find myself wanting some again. My parents had a small coop in the backyard when I was in my teens. Good luck on you thrifting! You will have enough room now, that you won't be as restricted on what you choose. Make sure to go for a hike in the snow, but dress warm!❤✌
