Birdie, this is when vanlifers becomes way more fun! I feel my poverty and homelessness quite acutely when I have to be in the city. But when I am meandering around from spot to spot in natural settings, that's when I feel refreshed and confident and nourished and grateful to get to live in my vehicle. This is when it starts getting good! I have big tears running down my face, knowing what you are getting ready to experience! I'm so happy for you!

Wonderful rockhounding and collecting sites along north coast beaches....you could collect specimens and gold...make jewelry or collect geodes, all for free or at pay dig sites and then sell at quartzite for income.

When she was down, it was awful, but when she felt happy, she was just so lovely to be around. Her energy was contagious. I went to Aldi for the first time and was so overwhelmed with how the carts worked (they have to be unlocked from each other with a quarter) that I started to leave bc it was too much mentally to ask someone for help. (IYKYK) Then I thought of you and the scary things you do that dont seem that scary to some people, but me, and a lot of your viewers, get it. And I went back to the carts and figured it out! I live in Michigan and try to spend a lot of time at the beach on Lake Michigan (or any of our other Great Lakes). It truly is one of THE most healing places to be, near the water. ❤The beach has negative ions that that have a positive boost to the body! I totally enjoyed seeing the ocean! I had a bear get into my carry-all and get into my igloo. I packed up the night before I left to save time. Didn't help! I found my igloo but the food was gone! We'd hold our breath going through the tunnels to see if we could hold it all the way through. First and foremost, I heard the growl and no, it wasn’t a black bear. Coming from western North Carolina where we routinely pass them on the sidewalk- giving them all the room they could ever want - I can confidently say that. I can’t believe this video is almost 27 minutes! It went by so fast! I love that you’re moving on to cooler weather and taking your time doing it. I’m hoping to join some friends tomorrow for a weekend camping trip so I’m in the process of building a bed. I was lucky enough to score a solid wood twin bed frame with slats off Facebook market place for $10 - YAY!!! - so I’m trying to decide how to modify it for my minivan. The bed is the last thing I have to build. Once that’s done, I need to take everything out, sand and paint everything, secure everything to the van, and then I can take off! I’m going to Descend on Bend from August 29-September 2/3. I plan to drive 150 miles a day as I slowly meander that way. Are you going? My game plan is to find my neurospicy tribe and enjoy everything within the safety and security of other over thinking, over feeling, over talking know it alls who love to laugh while standing firm on a foundation of facts, impulsiveness, and general confusion. 😂 After that I’m thinking of going to Canada until it cools down in the US.

And, yes, points for going down there...❤ I lived in Yellowstone and was told bears are more afraid of you, and making loud noise will deter them. Hey Sunshine! I just love your videos and to see how happy you are!! When you park in places, be sure you are parked so you can easily pull out. Don’t pull in nose first. 2ndly if you think a black bear is around, do not sneak around and whisper. Stand tall and make yourself known. Make noise. If you don’t have bear spray, but I think you have it. Keep it by you and easily accessible for bears and humans - just saying. Do you have a 12volt plug in your car (cigarette lighter as they used to be called)? If yes, cant you plug your power bank into to charge whilst driving? You do you, Boo cuz you are doing amazing! So proud of you! Just absolutely LOVE your videos!! Keep travelling and keep that smile! And o, PLS FRIGGING SING FOR US ALREADY!!
