I was lucky enough to have bought these for peanuts in the 90's. Some were free (518i), some under £500 (a 14 year old 528i manual with the sport gearbox, M Technic suspension and sport seats) and the most expensive, an Alpina B9 3.5 in tidy condition for £2800. Those were the days. I added up the total number and it's.........28. 17 were bought and sold, the rest were parts cars. My Dad had three as new cars, two 520i's and a 525e.

My Dad had a Blue bird the 1600 Carbuerated Sunroof beat the brakes off a Toyota Runx with the 1800 the 2zz or 1zz it was lol so i can imagine tge turbo one

They have aged really well. That was just after Nissan took over the Datsun name. Even the base model GL had power steering and electric front windows. Great car back then. ❤

Wow, such a nostalgic car. I used to own the non-turbo model. Just that the car was ruined by my close family which I could not revive it to good state and just letting it go for good.

Had the North American version 5 speed manual gearbox Nissan Stanza in champagne light gold color on 100 spoke wire wheels, had troubles getting across the border looking that good even without tinted windows, hey, I couldn't afford a Maxima at the time ok.

I bought a Datsun/Nissan 180b estate late 80s it had electric Ariiel and front windows back then it was fully loaded 🤣

Wow, I had the exact same car I traded it for a nearly new, Nissan Sylvia turbo the reg on that was F800 VVV. GREAT cars, both of them..miss them now and wish I still had them, both cars were red which was a great colour for them. Lovely car mate, probably the best in the UK.

We did not get this in America the closest thing to this would be a Nissan Sentra SI or R But even this looks much nicer. Like a mini Nissan Maxima
