Hello vic, i want to ask you, whats the best for pve? 1h Spear? Or something else? I play alone so i want to.make money gooing to dungeos etc, can you help me pls

Pretty much all spears are going to be decent for solo PvE with forest of spears W and life leech passive. If you want to clear mobs even faster, you can try out Spirithunter. As a sidenote, solo dungeons are pretty bad for making silver unless you specifically want to do something while watching Netflix or doing other things. Killing roaming mobs in the open world or mists will get you more silver even if you die a lot in the process, as long as you buy equipment that fits your budget (probably 4.1 or 4.2).

What about the head armor that allows you to reset your armor spell (can’t remember the name right now lol), would two internals be good in a fight?

I have not tried Specter Hood in the mists, actually. The reason it doesn't feel attractive is that it has a huge cooldown and it is onedimensional. A 2nd inferno can be strong if you are fighting against an opponent who only wants to brawl. But in majority of fights your enemy will be able to play around it and now your helmet is on cooldown for a WHOLE MINUTE. Other helmet options are much more versatile and you can use them in different ways + you'll get to use them 2-4 times in the same time period.

There are upsides to the shadowcaller approach if you do it for a longer period. Especially if you already have pvp experience and just want a gigaton of fame credits to play different builds for different types of content. But it's definitely not a necessity for success.

Guys, you understood the assignement ? DON'T LOOK AT IP, then WHEN i will come with my 8.4 120/120 spe full build in mist, just say yourself your are fine, you CAN DO IT, only 800 difference in IP, its fine x)

Love the video, I think that average IP can be used alongside the two slot prios, as long as it’s not the only thing you look at. For example, I’m not going to engage when there is a 400IP difference, but if it’s under 300 I will look at weapon and chest slots, it’s just as quick 👌

Absolutely. If you are able to also factor in IP after having seen the most important info, it's awesome. But for the 400 average ip difference example, you will still instantly recognise it even if you just look at their tiers and specs, not the actual ip number itself.

This is the best explanation ive ever heard of what the reality of this mist really is. My favorite part is around 13:00 where you say that everyone can play the game however they want and no one owes eachother anything, i think some players need to realize that. 👍

Yeah. It's easy to forget that sometimes when things go wrong but it's actually great that there are so many different playstyles and builds that can work (from high IP mobility to low IP ratting to everything in between). Thanks to this variety we have so many people to play and enjoy the game with.

Great guide, gave a lot of good advice, for solo players in a clear, understandable format. One thing I would say about mist camps is that another reason to do them is for might, along with the lost wisps. Yes you risk pvp, but both give significant might for a solo payer, and with might you can buy books and chests which give a lot of books, which in turn give you fame I usually just do small camps because they clear quickly and minimize risk.

Good point! Although I think you were referring to favor. Might is the thing for season rewards. And being the pvp enthusiast that I am, I do suggest clearing camps. I just really want mist players to be conscious that going for the camp is a decision to enter PvP and not an inherent part of famefarming.

Heron spear is awesome but for solo mists it's difficult because you don't have enough mobility. Most players will be able to reset infinitely or catch you, depending on what they want. However, I think Heron is super strong for duo mists if you pair it with another dps. Also it used to be a decent option as a tanky melee dps for some 5v5 content but I haven't played that in a while so not sure anymore.

1h spear and daybreaker and both in a very good place right now, yeah. Both feel like very strong A-tier weapons and it's such an amazingly rewarding feeling to win fights on a spear when you feel that you outplayed your opponent.

I doubt that I will myself play a lot of fists but you never know. It's not my favourite playstyle. And you are right, it's not really a weapon for brawling. The playstyle for fists of Avalon is to do a big burst of damage and then kite and avoid brawls until E is ready again. It doesn't mean that it's not good for 1v1 PvP, it's just a specific way of playing. You can still become very good with fists and win a lot of fights.

Way too general of a question to give a good answer. Typically, my spear, torch and chest armor are around similar IP (after accounting for tier, artifacts and my specs) and my boots+helmet are around 50-100 IP lower. I lean towards having slightly more IP in my chest armour than my weapon if I have to choose.

Glad you enjoyed the video! Saludos!! Your question way too general though :)) There are many meta weapons and builds. For a very short list of S and A tier options, consider Carving, Prowling, Double-bladed, Bloodletter, 1h Spear, Daybreaker, Wildfire, Dual Swords. But there are many more viable options.

Your last fight against the prawler reminds me of my last death with 6.4 awaken 1h cursed against a battle axe with 2 tiers lower than me 😂 I was so cocky that I used beef stew instead of puremist even tho I missed my first full combo and I also got my wanderlust purged while using my robe 😂 I hope I learned my lesson this time using puremist for long brawls and heavy dmg food only when I need to gang or rat someone, seems to work fine so far I haven't died with this week sweating build worth 60M, played 3 days without dying, it's a new record for law mobility 1h curse builds(at least for me 😂).

Pretty extreme stuff to play with 60m curse set!! I approve :) Also good on you to not be tilted but focus on the lesson. After I died to that prowler, I knew 100% it's time for me to take a break and close the game. Only realised my mistakes later when rewatching it.

@@VicZaneGaming Sometimes is the best thing to do, just take a break for the day and come back later, otherwise you can lose even more. It's the 4th I'm already working on upgrades for the set, if I don't get stream sniped I should be able to make it to 1 week 😂

That's a good question!! In the replay I realise that I could've been more aggressive there but in the moment I did not realise that he was not regening his last bar of health so there was no reason to push too hard when my jacket is on cooldown and he has everything ready.

Very relatable! Everything PvP related is much easier in theory. But one thing I really enjoy is how knowing the possible things that SHOULD or CAN happen makes me much faster and better at reacting to it when it actually happens.
