This is the best explanation ive ever heard of what the reality of this mist really is. My favorite part is around 13:00 where you say that everyone can play the game however they want and no one owes eachother anything, i think some players need to realize that. 👍

Yeah. It's easy to forget that sometimes when things go wrong but it's actually great that there are so many different playstyles and builds that can work (from high IP mobility to low IP ratting to everything in between). Thanks to this variety we have so many people to play and enjoy the game with.

So far in Albion I've pretty much only focused on PvP so that's the only part I feel qualified to talk and share about. But with the launch of EU server, I am actually getting a bit excited to explore other parts of the game so who knows :)

What about oneshotting fast? Is it a reliable alternative to mobility? I mean ending a fight quickly because the longer it takes the more possible is that a rat will come by

The idea is good in theory but I don't think you can reliably oneshot as a solo player. Might just work against new players who don't know your spells but even then I think a better strategy is to take a build that works well in many different fights like most meta-ish builds do. Rats will show up often but wouldn't change the whole strategy just to avoid them and rather embrace that many fights won't be clean 1v1s.

I think that ratting reduces the skill improvement in pvp a rat might become richer by ratting but there is not much room for handling several situations

best tactik for mist is: be a 80k worth druid and no one will kill you no worth the cd´s xD
