I think Linkage Road was thin. The load was bent and the rudder did not function properly.It was pushed outwards.

가르켜 주실지 모르겠지만 제가 플라즈마 절단기를 구입해서 내일 정도 도착합니다 집에 20w다이오드 레이저 하고 cnc 3020 사이즈 있는데 다이오드 레이저 쪽에 다이오드레이저를 빼고 플라즈마 절단기를 할까하는데 플라즈마 토치가 사용될때 켜지고 꺼지고 하는걸 어떻게 하는지 선연결이랑 코딩 어떻게 하는지 알수 있을까요? 안되면 어쩔수 없지만 정보 알수있는데가 없어서 ;;

코딩 까지는 필요 없을거 같고요. Cnc 콘트롤을 기존 레이저 제품을 활용 하신다면 ... 기존 레이저 발진 출력이 있을 겁니다. 보통의 플라즈마 토치라면 위에 스위치가 달려 있는데... NO 타입의 스위치 입니다. 플라즈마 토치를 재료 근처에 갖다 대고 스위치만 ON 시켜주면 플라즈마가 발생되어 절단이 이뤄 집니다. 레이저 발진 출력에 릴레이 스위치를 달고 플라즈마 작동 스위치선을 릴레이에 결선 해주면 될거 같습니다.아! 플라즈마는 블로우백 방식의 제품을 써야 Cnc 콘트롤러가 정상 작동 합니다. 일반 고주파 방식은 노이즈가 많아 CNC콘트롤러를 망가 트립니다.

@@박요셉-v3b 자동 절단 작업중 내가 원하는데로 절단이 이뤄지지 않아 중지 시키기 위해 비상 버튼을 누르는거 제외하고는 작동중 손델 일이 없죠~ 아! 절단 이송 속도 정도는 사용중에도 조금씩 조정 해서 쓰기는 하죠.

Do you have proper files like solodworks assembly or step file of individual components? I checked your files on grabcad but it is a step file and all components are fused together. I would love to build this. This is the best one out there on youtube.

No files are written in solidworks. I'm not sure, but I do know that you can load the file into Solid Works and then let it recognize the file.
