Number 3 is the hardest imo. I keep confusing the legs, even knowing it is the right.

Nice work bro,solid boxing posture throughout the workout,however,there were times you didn't bring that hand back up all the way home.
@ThomasChapman-l1c8 күн бұрын
If you can read somone is gonna do number ten you could do the step back and uppercut after blocking the first head shot and body with thw other one obviously xomong then aince the second head shot ia the same hand you can know it and uppercut before thw hook since younread what hand its coming from in theory. I dont like step back and uppercut i think its a dangerous game.

Also one of the fighters I train is very tall and has a skinny build, so he will mostly be fighting guys shorter than him. Can you do a video or give me some examples of some effective pad combinations for fighting fighters shorter than you?

My friend, your channel is the best without exaggeration, but you are greatly oppressed by the media. This channel should reach a million followers and more. Good luck, my friend, and thank you for the golden information.

You need good boxing coach..if you're too hard.. don't use all your muscles when hitting.. you don't stretch your right arm too much.. the biomechanics of the hit are bad.. you don't move well in space.. you're not light.. I suggest you go to some kind of competition.. you'll land quickly you have hard ground.. you never went through a serious boxing school.

Yeah, the ego holding us back is probably one of the biggest things that hurdles our progress. Or quoting Lucretius "Enmeshed, entangled, you can still get out unless, poor fool, you stand in your own way.”
