It’s a texture thing. I hate that one bite of cereal is soggy and one is crunchy 🤢. And the flavours are never accurate. Taste gross 😂. Kenna used to work in a yogurt factory, legit will almost vomit on Que if she sees or smells it 😂. So I have to sit very far away when I smash some Greek yogurt…..

Thought provoking. I notice similar topics/perspectives in the psychology field. "X treatment modality vs Y". I think your approach nests well in treatment styles also. There are typically fundamental 'rules' and categories of typical 'break downs' that can largely have systematised therapy approaches (with adequate interpersonal rapport etc to facilitate). Also, you're nicely summarising Dialetical thinking which is the spectrum approach rather than black and white options/rules. Psychs use Dialetical Behaviour Therapy to address the idea that two things can actually be true at once. 'You can be both injured AND make progress', 'You can accept your limitations while also pursuing positive change', 'You can be a unique individual but still benefit from traditional methods'. Often we don't actually realise there can be lots of right answers depending on ones perspective, which can all be improved to some degree by applying fundamental principles like your physio analogy. Good stuff. Felt lots of overlap there! Enjoying the individual podcasts.

Sorry, but Megs line about mental fatigue/burnout was way out of line. That should be redacted/edited from the channel.

Nothin butters my bread quiet like being mentioned on a podcast. Also, if James convinced you he's a marketing genius, then he IS a marketing genius

Thanks Thomas, another interesting podcast. James H is certainly an excellent staffing choice in the context of that podcast, he's got a great energy. Your insights on marketing would be great to hear, what has and has not worked for you, though your value proposition is very strong (No pun intended) aka - "I have the record holders to demonstrate I am the best" however that is the result of 15+ years hard work, plus a degree, clinical experience e.t.c. e.t.c. - what was your client acquisition approach with the first ZeroW?

Interesting, insightful and focused. Thanks. I agree on all points and yes I think that is a common problem - particularly in the fitness industry that I have seen with a lot of coaches "This is what worked for me so everything else is wrong" as opposed to "What is the outcome you want to achieve, how can I help you get there?" Looking forward to seeing more like this.
