Theo knows his shit. I like the way he's honest about the prevalence of roids in powerlifting and the health costs. There is zero need for a teenager to take gear unless they're elite level, because you need it to compete with the best. By far the best approach is to reach your genetic potential and keep progressively pushing forward to try and reach new heights. Gear destroys your health.
