Sir My site is located in Chennai ECR Nemmeli (10 Km ahead towards Mahabalipuram )and opposite to beach side ,I would like to construct like architectural method.Already I have a building plan .it’s about 1850 sqf with swimming pool and site dimension is 65*40.Will you do there without any interruption?

@@nn6223 offcourse , even Floor Decking of Burj Khalifa is done by TATA STEEL. My only point is, using a good product with poor workmanship will ruin the structure.. Good Product and Good Workmanship is needed.

I dont think so that the blinding concrete will carry the lateral load of the plinth beam/ grade beam comes on the top. Since the grade/plinth beam also almost act like a beam of the structure...

The solution is Very simple... Just to do a special epoxy coat to protect the rebar from corrosion. Looks like the corrosion is due to the water used for the concrete (shown raised pillar) for protection purposes since the effect of corrosion looks more than the exposed part.

@@memelover8448 @memelover8448 sure... The cement content required for normal concrete will be reduced. The purpose of such dummy concrete is to protect the projected rebars which shall be used as overlap length for future construction. Hope you got it. if not, don't worry ask me.. 🤝
