Thank you. All rods are planned for 1.5’ above roof slab. Now, this building constructed for Ground Floor only. So extra rods left above parapet or uncovered may lead to CORROSION. So we usually terminate the rods above slabs and cover them with M20 grade concrete.

Great sir, at initial days as a builder your “satisfied customers” are only your marketing agents. Be transparent to your extent, give a competitive rate, bring little innovations in your design and materials, promise only what you can do, be specific and clear in your terms before agreement. But Complete the project you signed at any cost. First 10 projects will be tough. After completing 10 projects, customers will search and reach you. All the Best.
