I learned to remain calm and attentive in childhood being the eldest of 5 very independent single-minded and creatively expressive siblings. But, I love mentoring in small groups. Later on in life, I really enjoyed teaching small groups of 2-3 year-olds in pre-school. Retired now, my perfect position was as a medical school coordinator for a required 4 year pre-med and medical school mentoring program. I recruited wonderful volunteer physician leaders one on one. But, I decided to be an assistant to a physician leader of an 8 medical student group to learn about their process. It was an eye opening experience for me in observing extrovert and introvert behaviors including my own, and in understanding their selection process of the group topic, leaders and project: consensus on what to study, creating protocols, distribution of work, competition, research, collaboration, resistance behavior, personal accountability and finally the presentation to be graded on. That dynamic group gave me a great chance to understand human energetic development and growth in a small compressed group over time. We used Reiki, energy medicine like acupuncture and EFT and walks in nature to balance to their stress energies. That was something we suggested to all our medical students whether introverted or extroverted or a combination of both. 🌈❤️🌀♾️

Western culture tends to value extroversion & according to the author (Susan Cain) of the book "Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World that Can't Stop Talking" 75% of people are on the extroverted side of the sliding scale. She says introverts usually are less valued b/c they tend to be reserved & quiet. I'm 80% introverted based on a questionnaire & run the other way when confronted w/ loud extroverts that want to be the center of attention!

Hi Nancy, I am not sure if you respond to these comments, but if so, or anyone else who has thoughts: I recently used psilocyban in a spiritual ceremony context. This particular journey I experienced what felt like, a rush of energy/light/something!, into my body.....it was intense, euphoric, at times so much it was overwhelming and I had to ask the Source to pull its energy back a little because it was so intense. I remember yelling this "energy", Yes, Yes, Yes! I am here to be a helper..." This lasted about an hour and a half. After a few hours I was back to normal consciousness. This felt like a download/upgrade?, of some sort. Do you consider this type of experience a light code download? I have been trying to understand and make meaning of this experience. Any thoughts are appreciated! 🕊️

Very interesting as here in Zanzibar the military presence has suddenly gotten much stronger. I can't help but think my calling to move here last month is connected to my association with you Nancy and the Blue Light BEings. I recently figured out I'm living on a crystal island as the ground is made up of sharp crystalized coral. Realized today this island may have been a Lumerian crystal temple much like the one in the bottom of Lake Titicaca. Will be fascinating to see all of this evolve! XO

I'm changing so rapidly, especially during the last week, that I have been experiencing anxiety. Meaning, I've been having to use all of my self to keep me planted here on the ground. My mind cannot make sense of it and it is freaking out. It has forced me to feel my body, listen to my body, focus on my body - so that my mind doesn't run away into psychosis. It is almost like losing reality. Thankfully, I reached out to your info email, Nancy, and asked for some help. I was directed to your Grounding meditations. I am finding that it is absolutely essential that I GROUND myself at the beginning of my day (and sometimes I have to stop in the middle of the day and do it again) so that I don't take off. My spirit is so, so, so sensitive - even listening to Heather Ensworth, Pam Gregory, Gregg Brendon and others with high frequency information affects me in a new way where I almost start to leave this reality (like I'm in two worlds). *sigh* Thank you Nancy, yes apparently we’re in for a…time let’s just say. Pre covid 2019 I was able to follow an independent news channel so I could kind of warn others and get prepared. Fast forward to Oct 7, I came across a woman reading Psalms for Isreal (I’m not religious it just calmed me at the time). Then, I had to disengage from it. What is cute is that when I was a kid maybe 8, and learned about atrocious things my initial internal reactions were “Omg,, Are we STILL DOING THIS?!” There is a thing I do with my energy but it’s not blue, it’s white/gold and lately I’ve kind of been in a rut with my own legal/emotional issues so it might be not quite right now. Blessings 🤍

I remember you shared during a video, about land experiencing war, you shared that the land has the "trauma" embedded in it, which keeps that energy in its field. Just like we did with Milton, it occurs to me that we can continue to heal the land on a regular basis to help clear it. I wonder if you reshared that process with your KZbin community if more can help. It's clear that our intention and focus makes a difference.
