Good work. Only suggestion; the bong sau should be a "stand-alone" movement in that it should not "slide" under and past the jong arm but instead the jong arm and ones wrist should touch and the jong arm is impacted yet slightly resting there and then flip the elbow under for the tan. It's not more movements or stop action it's honoring the bong and training it with the dummy for its intended purpose rather than sliding by as a throwaway. Appreciated.

Hi sifu Nat I'm practicing jkd from a few time I would like to ask how in jkd you perform high kicks from the stand at close range. In films Bruce Lee makes it using the shoe spike and giving 3 at down,middle,high. He makes down to knee, middle to ribs and I am able ...but when it comes to head... I am not able anymore to understand how to charge it and how to positioning the torso and hips. It always comes out to me a karate style round kick, that is not the straight and non classical technique instructor asked me. He is less mobile in the hips than me but he is able so I sure wrong something in the positioning. Can you show this 3 kicks technique? 🙏🙇
