Combination: 4 minutes (exact; Combination is just 2. to 7. combined, hence the name) 2. In Waves: 20.43 seconds 3. Sequential: 40.85 seconds 4. "Slo Glo: 1 minute and 21.7 seconds (81.7 seconds) 5. Chasing: 5.11 seconds 6. Slow Fade: 1 minute and 21.7 seconds (81.7 seconds) 7. Twinkle: 10.21 seconds

How does the timer work mine just stay on all night

i know a lot of people will think this video is kinda useless but you've come in clutch for me right now - i'm programming some typical modes into my fully programmable christmas tree lights and i don't have a typical strip with me to test - thank you!!

If you push the clips through the other end, you won't have to use the screwdriver.

Thanks for the video. I got one and couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to get it on anything but about 4 sheets. It didn’t come with any instructions. Now I know how to use it it will be used much more. If it breaks it was cheap enough to buy a new one. Mine looks to be a little more durable than yours. The end of mine is encased in metal so the plastic doesn’t get stressed. I’ll see how long it lasts.

I have two and neither one dispenses a clip ! How do I unjam it? Tried with a screwdriver but won’t work!

Seems like only 2 out of 4 lamp channels from the IC chip (particularly the "IC UTC 8156" chip) are being occupied. Meaning that there is usually 4 groups of string lights wrapped within and light up independently based on selected function. Most of the 8 chasing modes contain different patterns moving in this 4 channel sequence : 1/3, 2/3, 2/4, 1/4 and repeating. A lot of manufacturers of these newer 8 function chasing light sets today, have the last 2 IC lamp channels bypassed (with only 2 groups of string lights wrapped), which really makes them look incomplete and unsatisfying, if you ask me. It bums me out when I can't find any of these sets with the fully installed IC chip in stores 😔

Please help me out here. I have this exact same fairy light with 8 modes except i bought the light in multicolour. After 1 year or so my steady on mode (8th mode) has suddenly changed into the slow fade mode meaning my lights start slowly fading but they are on steady mode. How is this possible? Can someone tell me how to fix my steady on mode?

A shame about the finish quality and handwash recommended. If they were 304 stainless, that'd be nice.

You did not show how we can get the clip off by using the back of the device.

Any idea how to use the steady on mode to illumine the white lights and not the colored lights? The original controller had LED steady on 1 and LED steady on 2. Either 1 or 2 was the white lights only. Now the replacement has only 8 modes so you can't get a steady on for the white lights anymore.

It's a waste of money. Very bad design. It will only work well for you if your nasal hair are as big as your body hair and if your nostrils have space of a bedroom. Much cheaper trimmers work much better.
