One of the best things in being a song writer is NOT hearing it for awhile,,,,,then weeks or months later you hear it,,,,AND YOUR PERSPECTIVE OF IT IS TOTALLY NEW AND OPEN TO HOW GOOD IT IS ,,,REALLY. IF YOU WRITE ALOT OF SONGS.

This conversation reminds me of conversations I have witnessed among park rangers talking about Mammoth Cave history. Classic both

My confusion is, that at that time, I thought my community college professors were a couple of burnouts. Glad to realize now that I was wrong then.

That's a good thing, but.

Don't get me wrong, but these two remind me of the old men I grew up with who were community college professors.

Kip knows what he's doing. Always has, and always will. And his son is a good bartender, in my opinion.

Without a doubt, 'Pull' was probably the best album that Winger made. The subsequent reunion albums in the 2000s were great, but 'Pull' was a straight up ass kicker from start to finish.

This conversation with Alan Parsons was much better than the recent Rick Beato interview. Thanks for asking all these interesting question! One day, somebody might ask Alan Parsons about declining to work on "Wish You Were Here". What a ballsy move that was. FWIW, some Alan Parsons Project songs are among my favourite songs and many of them are not just nice or entertaining but inspirational. I once, when I was very young, set up a make shift "quadrophonic" loudspeaker array (was just stereo but using two different kinds of loudspeaker pairs to get four in total), turned off the light and started listening to "The Fall of the Houase of Usher" in the dark. I did not last long, it became too scary and I had to turn the lights on. :)
