Much thanks from a veteran who grew up listening to your music, many times on a Walkman while deployed to places some of us would like to forget. Your, and certain other musicians, got many of us through some very hard times. Time away from family, loss of friends, and sadly seeing the horrible things people do to each other. Kudos to you for always remaining true to yourself as an artist, as some of us stood guard and did unspeakable things, so our country can remain a haven for all people. We share a common background, and a natural ear for music. If you ever desire material for another album like Winger IV, give me a shout, I have binders overflowing. Wow. Thank you for this video, albeit I'm a little late seeing it!!! I appreciate your thoughts and remembrance of those who have fallen. My Dad, posthumous Medal of Honor recipient, Capt. Steven L. Bennett fell on 29 June 1972 in service to our great country. He was 26 and I was 2 1/2 yrs old. Although I never got to know him, I am honored to be his only kiddo. RIP to all who have died in defense of our country.

Hello Kip! Thank you for your Memorial Day greeting and also love the song! My father served in the Korean War and my nephew is currently in the Marines. Saying hello to you from Cleveland, Ohio. I have been a fan from the first time I heard Madalaine. Recently your name and band came up to a friend. I mentioned I had met you on a solo tour and met the entire band on another tour. I added that I believed that you were one of the most underrated artists of my time era. At 48 years old I was gifted my first guitar🎸 but always wanted to play bass. I should have started 20 years ago I know but I guess it's never too late huh? Your music has blasted out my speakers for decades and I want to thank you for giving me such joy over the years. It would be nice to acknowledge your fans personally with their names and for you Kip to sign it. I mean I know it must be hard with so many fans, but I thought my comment stood out and was genuine. Hi Kip. You must have thousands of messages. I just want to tell you that I am a huge fan of you and the band Winger and one of my dream to see them live. I am 28 years old, your music is very important to me and I wanted to ask you if you are ever going to come to South America? I'm from a country called Argentina (you probably don't know haha) and I just saw the recent concerts in the United States this year. You sound amazing man! So, i really don't want to miss out on seeing them live, but I don't have the resources or the ability to travel. Are you coming to South America one day? A big hug and thanks for your music. Your solo album "This conversation seems like a dream" changed my life.
