I'm trying so damn hard.... I just dont see it happening. I get extremely small glimpses but over all it doesn't seem realistic to me. I NEED to leave my 15 year career as an aircraft maintenance technician. But I don't have a degree and this is all I've done since I was 18. 2024 was my very first day shift ever and I've had no weekends and no holidays off in 15 years. I've lost all my friends, missed out on everything, and my family is getting older and smaller. I've grown valuable in the industry and make 6figs but I can't take it anymore! I know what I want to do and have done it as a hobby for 2 or so years now but it takes decades just to get to half the pay I make now doing what I'd truely enjoy. I'm a libra sun taurus rising and I NEED to feel secure. I want to trust so badly that after I quit ill gain magical powers that gives me 20yrs experience in 20 days and become skilled and successful and ill be able to go out and sell my products. but how would anyone else feel in my shoes? I don't have a degree, I know nothing else, I have a wife and house that I have SACRIFICED for. I feel so lost and terrified. If anyone has a relatable story and wouldn't mind sharing insights I'd be very grateful... I have no time to relax, no time to care for myself so meditation is certainly a no go. Telling me to meditate on it would be like telling a dinosaur to play fetch like a puppy -_-
