what do you think is better than Light Storm LS 60X 2700-6500K, or Nailite Forza 60C, if we talk about the main criteria: quality, high color reproduction and luminous flux power?

The VND filter in this set consists of- 2 glasses, which are available - are these two CPL, or one CPL and the other PL? The glasses, as I understand it, are pressed against each other, and one of them rotates relative to the other. Is it possible for me to remove one of the glasses myself so that it is already a full-fledged CPL filter, will the normal rotation of the CPL and a change in the degree of polarization be ensured? And then put the second glass back in place, and I get the VND again? If you can do this, then why buy the cinema kit version, where CPL is added?

Hi I was wondering if you have used this with the 18-55 Pictor? I was having a problem with vignetting with the tita mirage on my fujinon 18-55mm on my red Komodo and was looking at this to remedy this but can't really find any information on this. Have you noticed anything? Sorry for the odd question.

Believe it or not, not a single time you showed us the matte box with the filters on from the front. So we dont have any idea what it looks like. Impressive.

From the front? I don’t usually operate my camera from that side. Guess I can’t win them all.

Great review, Bart. Thanks so much. I'm going to order an 82mm version and was wondering if you or anyone can suggest a way to use the filter with a Smallrig matte box. I was kind of hoping to retain the adjustment pin with the matte box, if possible. Thanks!

In each shot the gimbal was framing lower than the steadicam. I think that’s the primary reason that the steadicam’s shots look better

as of May 2024, the lense cap now comes with a pre cut notch in the side so it fits on the 1-5 vnd with the while the pin is still attached. As fort IR pollution, nisi now offer a IR filter you can purchase that has been made to work with this kit. they also offer 1/4 and 1/8 mist filters and a polariser filter made to work with this kit. Also they now have an additional filter that allows you to increase the vnd all the way up to 9 if you need to thats been made to work with this kit.

Love the video. Just bought the Victor Lite and loving it so far. One thing we got is Proaim’s C Stand Holder, which I feel is a better solution at least for us. Main reason is these are already 27”+ wide and we’ve always had issues getting through doorways and elevator doors with the c stand knuckles. The C stand holder from Proaim holds 4 stands vertically so it doesn’t add any additional width

This helps. Thanks. But one question. Where on earth are you supposed to mount a rode mic if the monitor mounts on the top where a mic would usually mount? No video on KZbin ever explains that.
@BartJohnsonProd8 ай бұрын
The mounting bracket has a cold shoe mount on the side where you can mount a mic or other accessories.
