This is so useful for me As a physiotherapist a lot of people either young or old used to get the trendelenburg sign. They realized it after 2- 3 month post hip surgery. Great work but I have concerns because there was inconsistency between when the individual muscle was explained and when the eye movement exam was conducted. It is the complete opposite of what was said.

Trendelenburg with a u . Beautiful video. When hearing galopin the street, dont think zebra think horse. The T sign is much more frequent then you suggest. I do low back pain visits. Since I test T sign systematicly with diagnose of sacro-ileitis, I see it in>3/4 of cases. That is +\_5 times a week n two half days. I think musclepain, or just joint-compression-pain, maybe relative atrofy due to the above. The reason why I always add physiotherapie to SI-injections
