Watching you made me feel even less flexible! I'll give it a go, although I think it'll take a little more than a week.

@thepilatesstudioHD2 жыл бұрын
Hi Jennifer, We actually have a bunch of free Oov classes on our online site! Just follow these steps and it will take you right to them: Go to fitstreams.club and scroll down a bit to find "Pilates Mat". Click on that and under the picture, on the right hand side of the screen you'll see a list of classes. Oov Workout with Katrina is towards the end of the list. When you see Katrina's video, you can click on the little dropdown menu in the upper left corner by her head and choose which one you'd like to do! We currently have 18 Oov workouts recorded. Thanks so much for your comment and we hope you enjoy the workouts on Fitstreams.club! Best, Julie

Thank you for this! I struggle with the roll up and teaser due to a tight lumbar spine and mild lumbar scoliosis. I felt my lower back open after doing these exercises, I actually feel taller! I plan on including these exercise as part of my Pilates warm up.

Thanks for posting this video, since strong bones are important, and there are ways to make sure that kids develop strong bones, such as getting adequate vitamins & minerals, especially calcium, which is readily absorbed from dairy products (4 servings/day for kids) but not so well from plants: bok choy: 9.2 servings/day, kale: 12.8; broccoli: 18. Kids can't eat enough plant sources. Everything you said was fine, but food choices make a huge difference, too.

Thanks for posting this video. You deserve kudos for trying to help people get enough calcium in their diets. The standard text: "Present Knowledge of Nutrition," by Bowman & Russell, has a great chapter on calcium, which allows calculation of the # of servings one needs to eat to get the RDA of calcium for growing kids (1,200mg/day): bok choy: 9.2 servings, kale: 12.8, broccoli: 18 & spinach (which you wisely did not mention): 65 servings/day. You know that dairy requires only 4 servings/day.
