Need to change up all the connectors and upgrade the all the wiring ...even comming off the battery's..those battery's would work but im shure the have a built in bms ..you could upgrade to a charger with a built-in bms a ditch the ones in the battery's.. to keep it to true shed built form just make it work😅 would make good content too ...keep up the good work

Carb is meant to have air drawn through it, not pushed through it...if you want it to work properly, it should be before the turbo rather than after it. Of course, if you're not making boost, then it probably wont matter much beyond messing with the A/F richness. Go have a look at Cars & Camera's turbo setups on their carts, if you need more details.

The mixture gets poor when u rev it, that may be bc the turbo is doing some pressure and that's pushing back the fuel in the carb

Yes you use the bushing! You’ll have to use something to wedge it in since it is tight.

I run a 17/42 on my bar Raven, and it seems like the ideal setup. Comfortable at 55-60, and still enough torque to top out 5th. Top speed now at 75 mph when pinned 😁

Thanks youtube for randomly suggesting more vids of my favourite thing in the world :'D Although, most work on the 450ss/sr I've seen so far is exhaust switching. Am I the only one that likes the stock exhaust sound more than anything else? Sure it's ugly and bulky and heavy but I genuinely like it more than anything else so far.

It’s a KENWOOD motorcycle camera and you have to wire the power and ground(my power is spliced into the tag light) and run the camera wires. It comes with an app and you can save video on the app. It does not allow “download to phone” but has an SD card you can pull out and take videos off of
I just started riding yesterday. How do you get your shifting to be so smooth? Are you just skipping the clutch when at certain times?

For my bike, I preload the shifter and pull the clutch level just enough to make the shifter engage easily

I feel like it’s hard to shift clutchless. Kinda like something engages when you don’t have the clutch pulled. I haven’t skipped the clutch yet.

The silencer goes between the muffler and the link pipe. Undo the springs and take the muffler off then drop that silencer into the muffler at the hole that meets the link pipe and then put the muffler back on. The difference in size will hold it in the pipe

It just seemed to wiggle in that spot so I assumed it wasn’t where it goes. Ended up using the tighter springs and it worked. Thank you!

I would not say that because if the suspention travels up the uper swing arm will push on your leg from underneath, One of the bigest problems I was forced to solve, but he really dont even tried to come up with better solution.

i did all the mods to mine as well 17t front 43t rear, 28mm nibbi carb, and exhaust and ive gotten it to 76 mph but it took a lot to get there. 60 mph is its sweet spot, I have the 300cc cylinder that im yet to install....loving the bike

I live in south jersey and I was able to register mine👍 I use it to commute to work. I did all of the mods and I love mine! Close to 6500 miles already. With all of the mods I have hit 74. 17/43 sprockets Mikuni carb 115 main/22.5 pilot Nibbi coil E3 spark plug Exhaust Running rottella T5 oil Pro taper bars/ grips Fog lights Oil cooler Oil catch can for blow by and a cone filter. ( I don’t use the air box) Better clutch springs It runs great, I have about 2300 into it. Mine is blue 👍 The only thing that I have changed so far is the nibbi coil ($15) I do oil changes every 1500 miles and adjust valves every other oil change if needed.

Only on for about 5-10 miles. I normally keep it at 63mph. I have a 45 minute commute at that speed most of the time. I don’t care if people pass me, I can get the bike to 74 but it is screaming and I don’t like to keep it there.. 63 can go all day long

@@keckerson6396 I just brought a tbr7 and I used to live in Camden but moved to voorhees so I really can’t ride her around not having a tag I got a temporary on for now and it has some upgrades to it cdi box exhaust spark plug I’m gonna order a nibbi carb for it and I do have a sprocket that came with the bike but for some reason it just stays at 60 on the gauge and she was screaming

Did you change your sprockets? I’m running a 17/43. The set up is more for top end speed. it won’t have as much Low end torque. But I wasn’t looking for that.

In the future I will just add the 300cc setup, that would make 65 mph achievable I think with 3- 4000rpms or so. Its only 229cc stock.

You need to tune your car after throwing on a high flow cat. Tuning it will turn the check engine light off and will properly flash your ecu to the proper modifications. I have a b8.5 with a HFC and a stage 2 tune and I don’t have a check engine light

Not really. It’s got a lot of miles so it’s not worth spending the money on. I will probably do suspension soon since it’s pretty old.
