The video lacks the details that I'm looking for, but do you use the upper rubber bushing on the rear coil over installation?

Yes you use the bushing! You’ll have to use something to wedge it in since it is tight.

What did you use to get the bushing in to the adjuster?

I used a 2 foot pry bar

did the rear shock bolt give you any trouble trying to put it in?

It did! I ended up using the jack to lift up on the suspension to line up the bolt
