eventually, US93 will be in the FORMER category ..... whenever I-11 is built down (at least to Wickenburg), US93 certainly will be decommissioned from the interchange with I-15 in North Las Vegas southward.

Cameron Kaiser (a medical doctor from Australia who is also a CA freeway enthusiast) did a great job writing the history of I-215 and CA30 on his website. In the early 2000’s he led a movement to save some remnant CA30 signage in the Muscoy/San Bernardino area and to have the design of the CA210 Freeway incorporate the former western terminus of the old CA30. He also did a great job examining a preserved stretch of old US395 Expressway segments in Escondido (now known as Centre City Parkway and was a temporary segment of I-15 in the 1980’s) and at March AFB (now known as 215 Frontage Road, which was an original freeway stretch called CA215 in the 1980’s).
