If they did send it to you by mistake, you can keep it as a gift. The US put a law in that it made anything you got but didn't order a gift because companies in the past would ship 2 of the items to the customer to double charge them.

He’s not legally required to send it back to Fanatics assuming it’s an error. Anything sent to him in error he is entitled to keep as a gift under FTC guidelines in the United States
