We do a 3d mount has a little more of their shoulder, and it has natural decore so it looks like the deer is jumping a fence or peaking from behind a tree

The next buck I kill I'm going to mount it exactly like that that is awesome. You still get the facial features of the buck. But it's not as cringy as the shoulder mount. I don't know there's shoulder mounts and like half body mounts I just find like somewhat cringy. The Euro mountain this backpack mount seemed very rustic and elegant. Like refined almost.

There’s a building around my work that I maintence as well cuz my work rents to these people, and in this building there are two mountain lions mounted backpack style in there. The o lot thing dangling is the tail and they are gorgeous! I’ve always done EUROS and shoulder mounts tho, I’ll def start doing some pack backs tho!

New to hunting. I want to get my first buck next year but why euro mount vs whatever the other one is called? I know a regular mount can be pricey but that’s it.

@@BogeyBoys28 well for the price and it is nice. A shoulder mount can take up a large area on the wall if you have an 8 foot sealing a shoulder mount needs to be mounted the bottom like 4 feet of the wal vs a euro mount you can hand them on a wall I little higher so if you want you can put a couch underneath it plus some shoulder mounts can be a little maintenance if you want them to last for 50 years a shoulder will require a little more care so the hair doesn't start to fall out plus you can fit more euro mounts aon a wall

@JustinMartin-fo2dj damn I never thought of maintenance of a mount. I have a 7 point muley euro mount but I did it solely cause of money. Also I messed up cutting the hide so I kinda had no choice
