I think the most important thing is to have an open mind on evolution or the lack of it, since we really don't know. There's a lot of stuff in the scriptures that's not explained scientifically, but that doesn't mean it's not true. For example, Jesus walking on water - I know that happened because the Holy Ghost has manifested the truth of the scriptures to me, but the Bible doesn't give us scientific details as to how that (or any other miracle) was brought to pass. Similarly, we don't have the scientific details of creation either. If evolution is true, the important thing to remember is that it was God who directed it. All the Bible tells us is that God created man in His image - but it doesn't say how He created us exactly. At the end of the day though, God reveals to His children what we need to know for salvation, and apparently the scientific details of creation aren't on the top of His list. This stuff is interesting to think about for sure, but let's just make sure we're following the basic commandments and loving one another.

God is everywhere, he is watching in real time women and children being brutally raped, ignoring the desperate prayers of a mother who's child has terminal cancer, he is watching a mother give her children cholera infected water and watching them die slowly before her eyes. There is so much unnecessary suffering for humans and animals since creation, it is the best argument against a personal God by far, even beter than the crazy story he sacrificed his son, its not a sacrifice if you have your son back with you ruling the universe , the real sacrifice was done by the mothers who had there children murdered by Herod after his birth - an unnecessary sacrifice of hundreds/ thousands of innocents.

. I’m 47 years old and I grew up in the Christian church. My father made me read the Bible when I was 14-15 years old. He had me write a report on each book I read so I could not just say that I read it. I hated it at the time but I’m great full for it because it made me question so much. After reading the entire Bible,in which only about 10% of Christians have actually read the entire Bible, I had a ton of questions about things that made no sense and so many things that contradicted each other. I started asking the pastors,it’s a massive church here in Phoenix, and they basically told me that I should stop asking these kinds of questions and just to have FAITH. My mind just doesn’t work that way. I can’t believe things on faith. Imagine if our justice system just worked on faith? I graduated high school early when I was 16 years old and I received a academic and athletic scholarship to the University of Arizona in 1995. I was still interested in Christianity and religion so I started taking a bunch of classes on the subject. I ended up receiving a minor in religious studies which I didn’t plan because my major was Pre-Med. I learned from pretty early on that the Bible is a book of fiction. In 1993 a 15 year long study had just concluded and it was done by the world’s foremost experts on Biblical Archaeology and they said that the “first 10 books of the Bible “ were 100% FICTION!!! I thowell if tbe first 10 books are fiction then why would the remaining 56 books be any different? Then I learned about the character of Jesus just being a plagiarized figure. There were dozens of previous “Gods” that predated him from 500-2000 years. These Gods had 12 followers, healed the sick, raised the dead, where born to a virgin on December 25 ,where called “the truth, the light and the way” and were later crucified. When I first found this out I was shocked. Then when I found out about Constantine converting Rome into Christians and just how many of the holidays and traditions were taken straight from the Pagans it blew my mind. See people are not taught this in church because that would be a horrible business plan to keep them coming back from very Sunday and giving up their 10%. After living for 47 years I have come to the conclusion that the Bible belongs on the bookshelf right next to Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings in the fiction section. Because that’s where it belongs. The Noah’s ark story and that there are actual adults that believe that it happened is so funny to me. Yes I believe that there were great floods because every civilization has these stories from across the world and there is evidence for these floods. But the Noah story is another rip off from the Epic of Gilgamesh and other older flood stories. If you are over the age of 30-35 and you still actually believe that the Bible is the true word of God I feel very sorry for you. You have probably never done your own research and have educated yourself on the history of Christianity and you should actually do so. It’s 2025 and these Bronze Age myths should of stayed in the Bronze Age

Whether God knew Satan would rebel or Adam and Eve would sin, this is of little consequence because we serve a God who doesn’t answer to any humans. It is His way or the highway, His will be done. The fear of the Lord is still the beginning of wisdom.

KING JAMES BIBLE ONLY 2 great channels to learn why you should be KJB ONLY ARE: REAL BIBLE BELIEVERS and TRUTH IN CHRIST I have enjoyed some of your videos until today when you placed ESV quotes on the screen. I refuse to taint my mind with words from a satanic book. Some may find this extreme but I love the KJB and love how God wrote it. Seeing quotes "supposedly" written by God but not actually and words twisted and changed is evil and contaminate my memories of His true word. God bless you sir, I pray you find your way to His true in the KJB! Lost a subscriber today but I am sure you will gain another soon.

First 30 seconds and he starts with a straw man argument. "Those who say this think they could create a world better than God." Lying is a sin don't ya know. Edit: He created the Tree of Knowledge of Good and *Evil* So evil was a thing before Eve and Adam sinned. Also at about 12:30 you say slavery is a sin. You as a Christian cannot believe such. In the old testament there are specific rules given to how to treat your slaves. Directly from their god. If slavery was a sin, he would have commanded an end to it. In the new testament, Jesus didn't condemn slavery. He just said to treat your slaves good." And if I remember correctly, to free them after 7 years IF they too accepted Jesus. Jews, Christians and Muslims cannot denounce slavery as an evil precisely because it was seen as fine in the eyes of their god. If you follow the god of the old testament, you cannot argue that genocide in and of itself is evil or corrupt or bad precisely because the god of the Hebrews (Israel didn't exist yet) commanded his people to commit genocide. Multiple times. Punished them when they chose to spare the children.

You brought up a good question... do evolutionists understand the subject themselves? It is human nature to want to belong, EVEN IF the environment of the system of belief is questionable (or allows questions)... EVEN IF one's own base of knowledge is sketchy. Do you (I) have a working basis and a thorough knowledge of the fundamentals of my own beliefs? Or, more often, render only lip-service to give the APPEARANCE of membership? Ask yourself, "What would my life be if I did not hold to these particular values and beliefs?" Is is "okay" not to believe... at least for a time? What other beliefs are there besides the ones i currently hold? What beliefs promise life, love, joy and peace? Do I want these things? If not, why not? More questions: how much information is there to understand on a subject? How much is enough info for it to be held as "true?" Deemed true by whom? Are they qualified as judges of truth? By what standards? Are the standards sufficient... i.e. high enough? Isn't "THEM and US" a destructive perspective? Rather, wouldn't open hearts and minds on all sides (or at least one side) bring peace to otherwise dismissive or rancorous situations? What is our opinion of our "enemy"... i.e. with those who disagree with us? As much as I admire the apologist's objectivity and even-tempered arguments, there is the additional piece of "love your enemies, do good to them..." that ought to be brought up. This is the extraordinary imperative of Christian humanity. Check within your own heart and see what virtues lay beneath. I have done so and realize that I myself need God's life, light, and love even more, converting my own heart and mind... not necessarily in embracing or making arguments for or against certain matters BUT first and foremost, that my own life be genetically transformed from darkness to light through His Spirit overshadowing me day by day.

That's quite the sermon, but let's focus. Understanding evolution doesn't require "belief"-it's based on evidence: fossils, DNA, observed adaptation, and so on. Questioning beliefs is fine, but science isn't about "membership" or lip service-it's about testing ideas against evidence. Truth in science is provisional, built on what we can repeatedly observe and measure. Standards like peer review and falsifiability keep it rigorous. As for "them and us," evolution doesn't pit people against each other; it's just an explanation for how life changes over time. You've chosen faith-that's your choice-but it's not a substitute for evidence.

I really don't get the point of the title. "Sorry, Bible Skeptics: God Did NOT Create Evil". Bible sceptics _don't_ think God created evil. Or at least they are - by definition - "sceptical". Sceptical that God created _anything_ . Sceptical that he even exists. It is Bible _believers_ that believe he created evil, because the Bible actually says so. Maybe you should just stick to your usual titles about "destroying" and "hate" - much more familiar ground for you.

I’d argue you proved evolution early in the video. When you were talk8ng about Adam and Eve and then Cain. Cain probably married his sister….as who else is there. You had a chart that said from genesis to Leviticus was 2500 years and by Leviticus close relative marriages had to be banned. Well, evolution at its simplest form is classifying and measuring change in species. Bible said Adam lived almost 1000 years. Most humans today would die a little over 100 years. Clearly something changed, be it environment, nature v nurture, etc etc

why do dinasaurs never appear above the K-T boundary (irridum layer)? Other species (not all),appear both above and below the layer, which means they survived the extinction while dinasaurs didnt. The flood cant explain this because it cant discrimnatevely target the dinasaurs and spare others. Also why do humans only appear above the irriduim layer and not below? That suggests humans didnt exist on earth at that time and therefore evolved later from the survivors of that extinction. These are the questions people asK and YEC creationsits need to answer

You are the first person I have heard explain racism the way I believe it! My dad is a Godly man, he has preached for over 60 years and he preached on the Tower of Babel. I was young not a teenage yet and that was in the early 70s just after the turbulent years of the civil rights movement, I could not understand racism because we are all made from God, even as a young child I understood that in the Bible days , the Tower of Babel was the beginning of different ethic groups. We are one race period.
