The creation story in the bible is so obviously a fairy tale. You have to be an idiot to believe it. Why don't you debate a trained evolutionist publicly? Go to 'Gutsick Gibbon'? She used to be a fundamentalist Christian before she saw the light. She specialises in having brainless creationists for breakfast.

I am a Christian, but clearly the Biblical text isn't accurate account of creation, nor was it likely ever meant to be. The earth has been around a LONG time. Humans have been around for much longer than 6,000 years. There were likely upwards of 40,000,000 people in 5,000 BC.

Ours is the technological device that has the same functionality..😊 ain't it weirder, and it'll get weirder soon. we'll have a spiritual one , 🤔😊

Hi Then WHY does the Bible show the different racial groups ( NATIONS) and even Paul himself spoke of the Cretans as being liers! And the Gospel went out to THE GENTILES, NON JEWS!😮 DIFFERENT RACES ARE VERY EVIDENT IN OUR POST FLOOD HISTORY! THE BIBLE HAS BEEN TRANSLATED INTO MANY DIFFERENT RACES’ LANGUAGES! BUT WE ARE ALL ACCEPTED IN CHRIST AND WILL BE RESURRECTED INTO HIS COMING THOUSAND YEAR KINGDOM!

Excellent video. Solid truth. This cannot be seen and heard by those that are delusional and whose minds have been influenced demonically so they must turn to evolution which actually takes even greater faith than to just believe in the One and only true Living Creator God. Only the Holy Spirit can reveal the truth to the delusional demonically inspired minds who want to reject God on every side. Science doesn't prove the Word of God (KJV) but rather the Word of God proves science. The Word of God stands alone and does not need science to back it up even though science will eventually back it up that is if it's not pseudoscience.

God is saying you want to see more, build a stronger telescope. Wait what you don't have that technology... if you hadn't aborted that child you would have had that technology. I fathom at where we would be in the progression of our technologies possible cures if it hadn't of been for the millions of performed abortions.

The Creation Discerption. In this 21st century we have discarded most of the silliness preached by creationists. Science helped us to understand much of the forces of nature which formed the universe and everything in it. Creationists (most of them uneducated) cling to a two thousand year old fairy tale about a magic genie who supposedly created the universe and the earth. The fact that they do not have a single evidence to support their fairy tale, does not seem to bother them at all. After all, they have "the book" of their murderous creator, who drowned millions of babies in the Flood, burned cities full of children and ordered the rape of captured virgins. Following such a book is the vivid testament to the atrocities committed by those who still call themselves creationists.

Calvin makes stuff up for his own selfish reasons. Charles Lyell was a deist and not anti-Christian, only AiG makes this claim. His work on geology challenged the literal interpretation of the Bible. What's wrong with that? Are we not supposed to think critically? "Prove all things; hold fast to that which is good." (1 Thessalonians 5:21, KJV)

So basically, Ancient Greek and Egyptian astronomers were good at astronomy... part infinity. And trying to link those Greeks and Egyptians to the bible writers by pointing out that they lived at the same time. A dishonest tactic indeed. Add to this, that lie... "modern people think ancient people were dumb". And you have a perfect spew of nonsense. Here's a clue. We KNOW that the average person was no less intelligent 2000 years ago. And we have never suggested otherwise. And just as today, so in antiquity, the people who were smarter, tended to create better things.

12:39: And here we are-entering the section of fear, manipulation, and indoctrination. By this point, viewers are expected to fully swallow your twisted, delusional reinterpretation of facts. "The infallible word of God"? Let’s be real: it’s a stitched-together bundle of fairy tales and primitive hogwash. Books attributed to people who didn’t even write them. A monster of a god who creates sentient beings, gives them "free will," and then condemns them to eternal punishment if they don’t obey-free will, really? That’s like handing someone your credit card and saying, "Use it however you like," and when they buy a car, screaming, "What?! To prison with you! Forever!" Even the death penalty would seem too lenient for such a god. And then you dare to refer to good, honest scientists-people who, like me, dedicate their lives to freeing others from the chains of ancient lies and manipulation-as "evil beings used by the enemy"? That’s nothing but gaslighting and fearmongering. You sow fear of judgment and eternal suffering while painting yourselves as the righteous saviors. But who are the real enemies here? Who is truly perpetuating evil? Calvin Smith might look like a sweet, honest guy-Mr. Blue Eyes-but make no mistake: he’s the "devil in disguise," selling you fear and lies in the form of slick, car-salesman rhetoric. Don’t fall for it.

A litteral reading of genesis was not common untill the 1800s when an American claimed prophetess popularized it based on a dream she had. It is ment as a poetic telling of creation not a litteral one.

10:00 - 12:30 This perfectly highlights the fatal flaw in Christian doctrine and one of the key reasons I left the faith. You have to choose: follow reason, logic, and evidence, or reject all of that to blindly adhere to the fairy tales in a book stitched together from different sources in Babylon-not written by "Moses" (history hasn’t even placed a single Hebrew slave in Egypt, let alone an entire community for 400 years). It’s your choice, but if you genuinely want to let your one and only life be dictated by a book that fails to substantiate a single claim of validity or origin, and contains not one shred of divine revelation (nothing about the Earth orbiting the sun, the sun being part of a galaxy, or the sun being just another star-anything that would have amazed us), then by all means, do so. But don’t try to argue with science-you’re only making a fool of yourself.

I am familiar with Greek mythology - the stories of Zeus and Hera, Aphrodite, Demeter and Persephone, the creation stories, the shades in the underworld, the sacrifices, the oracles, etc. But to understand the world I don't accept Greek mythology. I try to learn enough of the sciences to have a good idea of how the world came to be and how it works. Similarly I don't accept Hebrew mythology.

The video "How One Man Convinced the World to Reject Biblical Creation" is a textbook example of how to sidestep actual science while leaning on character assassination, cherry-picked footage, and empty rhetoric. It doesn’t tackle the real questions; instead, it presents the same tired arguments that collapse under even the slightest scrutiny. So let’s dismantle these claims, one by one, with clarity and logic. The Genesis Narrative: A Babylonian Worldview Genesis does not describe the creation of the universe. Read it carefully. It describes the creation of a flat slab of land (the "earth") surrounded by "waters" with a "dome" or "tent" (the "heavens") stretched over it to separate the waters above from the waters below. This is entirely consistent with the Babylonian cosmology of the time but laughably primitive compared to what we now know about the cosmos. Nowhere does it mention galaxies, stars, or anything resembling a universe. Genesis reflects the ancient worldview of its time, not divine revelation. Did Moses Write the Five Books? The idea that Moses wrote the Pentateuch is contradicted by historical evidence. Moses (if he existed) would have been raised as an Egyptian prince and only began his leadership journey at age 40. Even if he could write (in hieroglyphics, no less), the Pentateuch is written in ancient Hebrew-a language that didn’t exist during his lifetime. These texts were written centuries later, during or after the Babylonian exile. Furthermore, the stories in Genesis predate Moses by thousands of years and are drawn from oral traditions and Babylonian mythology. Abraham: Illiterate Bedouin from Ur Abraham, described as a nomadic herder from Ur, lived 2,500 years after the supposed "creation" of the world. He would have relied on oral traditions, not written accounts. His descendants lived as slaves in Egypt for 400 years, carrying nothing but the essentials when they fled. How could such oral traditions preserve reliable accounts of events stretching back to the beginning of time? They didn’t. These "accounts" were crafted during the exile in Babylon, shaped by the stories and myths of that region. The Flood Narrative: Borrowed and Logistically Impossible The flood narrative, too, is borrowed from earlier sources like the Epic of Gilgamesh. But even if we humor the idea of a global flood, the logistical problems are staggering. The Bible describes the earth as a flat plain standing on primordial waters. To flood the entire planet, including mountain ranges like Mount Ararat, we’d need far more water than exists on Earth today. To flood the entire Earth up to the peaks of Mount Ararat (5,137 meters), you would need approximately 2.62 x 10^18 cubic meters of water. This translates to 2.62 x 10^21 liters of water (2.620.000.000.000.000.000.000 liters ). Now, compared to the actual amount of water on Earth, which is about 1.386 x 10^21 liters, you would need 1.89 times more water than currently exists on the planet to achieve this feat. In other words, nearly TWICE THE TOTAL WATER VOLUME OF EARTH would be required to flood the planet to this height, which clearly makes the global flood narrative physically impossible without introducing magical or supernatural explanations. The Ark: A Laughable Fantasy Now for the ark. There are currently about 8.7 million species of life on Earth, excluding bacteria and archaea, with some estimates going even higher. Even if we reduced this to "kinds" (a nebulous creationist term), the sheer number of animals would have been unmanageable. Consider the amount of food, water, and manpower required to care for just a few livestock-cows, goats, pigs, horses, and chickens-for 150 days. The ark, even at the dimensions described, would have been woefully inadequate. The Evolution Contradiction The real irony? To explain the diversity of life today, creationists argue that the animals on the ark rapidly "evolved" into all the species we see now-within just 6,000 years. This is a level of evolution so rapid and so radical that it makes Darwin’s gradualism look like a snail’s pace. Creationists reject evolution, yet they invoke a version of it far more extreme than anything science proposes. It’s utterly inconsistent and betrays a fundamental misunderstanding of biology. Creationists often claim that all the genetic variety we see today was already encoded in the DNA of the "kinds" aboard the ark, but this argument-apart from being speculative, hilariously naive, and unsupported by any scientific evidence or accepted mechanism-collapses under scrutiny. They paradoxically accept that species adapt to their environments-essentially a form of rapid evolution-but reject the broader framework of evolutionary theory. The inconsistency becomes obvious when we look at scientific evidence, such as the famous silver fox experiment in Russia, which demonstrated how selective breeding over just a few decades caused profound changes in both behavior and appearance, reflecting genetic evolution in real time. Furthermore, if DNA were not continuously evolving, we wouldn’t see bacteria rapidly developing immunity to antibiotics or viruses mutating to cause new pandemics every year. The proof of evolution is not theoretical-it’s observable and measurable in laboratories across the globe. In summary, "Answers in Genesis" provides no answers-just recycled myths, misrepresentations, and denial of observable evidence. Science offers a coherent explanation for the natural world based on evidence and reasoning. Creationism? It clings to ancient, disproven ideas and bends over backward to defend the indefensible. Let’s leave fairy tales where they belong: on the bookshelf, not in science classrooms.

At 4:38 you say: _"But alas, in 1977 an admitted true bird was found which dates, according to evolutionist methods, at 60 million years older than Archaeopteryx."_ But that is NOT what the article says. The text (which you show in the video) quotes: _'The discovered rear-leg bird femur (and subsequently, two connected shoulder bones) is some 60 million years older than the previously found “oldest bird" fossils, says BYU's James A. Jensen. _*_The newly discovered bone is of the same period (Upper Jurassic) as the Archaeopteryx-asmall, winged dinosaur thought by some to be an ancestor to the true bird._*_ However, it is obvious that we must now look for the ancestors of flying birds in a period of time much older than that in which the Archaeopteryx lived," says Yale University's John H. Ostrom, who positively identified the specimen from Jensen's excavation site.'_ So it is stated *in the text you quote* that the newly found true bird is of the *same period as the Archaeopteryx.* It does not state that the newly found bone predates the Archaeopteryx by 60 million, instead it states that it predates the previously found "earliest bird" (read "true bird") by 60 million years. You're intentionally misquoting this article to "prove" your "point", which is extremely misleading and dishonest. But that's just your modus operandi: you intentionally misquote and leave out parts of a quote just so you can say, "See: the evolutionists themselves aren't even sure." Doesn't the book you supposedly follow tell you that you should not lie? Also: the fact that the Archaeopteryx and this newly found species lived in the same period does not disprove that the Archaeopteryx is a transitionary species. Additionally, the Archaeopteryx is not the oldest bird-like species that we know off today: the Anchiornis, Xiaotingia, and Aurornis are bird-like species that predate the Archaeopteryx. Edit: @TheHairyHeathen made an excellent point with regards to some of the other arguments this video makes (mainly about Haeckel's Embryo Drawings, the Piltdown Man, and the Nebraska Man): _"Think of this: if you took a mathematics test with a thousand questions and you got two of them wrong, would that mean that you got the entire test wrong and that mathematics is invalid? Yet that is exactly the type of narrative you are being sold here. Try not to be so gullible."_
