when he can die early without losing nothing he will, that will lower his bounty a lot and give the enemy a bounty, even though the enemy is weaker and has less gold, and the enemy also can't get the gold back because he is worth almost no gold so he always has gold lead on everyone even if the player has a lot of kills, and because of that he can stall 2/3 of the map by himself, since always comes sup and jungle, or mid and jungle, or just mid, to help toplaner try and stop his proxy, but it gets to a point they cannot kill him anymore while that happens the toplaner sometimes really cannot help because he has to make a choice of loosing 1 or 2 waves to kill him just once and gain 100 gold for that and not all champions can do that type of proxy he does face on because they're much more squishy, have no sustain and stuff, or have to buy some item to clean minions faster which also slows itemization
