What also pisses me off about Temu is that the company was created with the intent of taking over the American market (they succeeded) and then due to a legal loophole, they use our resources like our roads and etc yet they don't pay a cent back to the US in taxes. Let that sink in. A billion dollar Chinese company that runs the American market by manipulating it's citizens doesn't pay a single penny back to us! It's revolting! There's absolutely no excuse to be purchasing from Temu, regardless of anyones financial state.

I buy solar lights and cleaning cloths and supplies, oh and a neat couch cover for pet fur. Love them. No big deal. Intellectual and creative forgeries and scams are in eBay, Amazon, and even brick and mortar stores. Counterfeits are everywhere. Unfortunately it's a fact of life.

There's been eBay people selling Amazon stuff passing it on as hand made. When someone can make a scam somewhere, it'll happen. TEMU is just a Chinese Amazon. Which is like eBay. Buyers need to do their homework and do image searches to see where else it's being sold. Honest mistake!

Aww....don't be so hard on yourself over this. I bought some stickers through Temu and loved the products, but never ordered again after hearing about their background. I didn't know about it, lots of people don't. But they are definitely not the only company that has a bad reputation, they are just one that has been exposed. As for our personal information, honestly, if my phone is in the room and I mention something about my MIL having Dementia or that we need to replace our windows someday, I suddenly start getting ads on FB, Insta and emails from companies related to these. Big brother is listening! Really creepy. I used to buy from The Pyramid Collection, until we noticed a massive fee being taken out of our credit card after ordering a few things from them. Ends up they automatically signed people up for some strange subscription that I never asked for. Needless to say I was livid with them on the phone and they did give us a refund within a few minutes, since I mentioned reporting them to the police. I haven't bought from them since. If I go into Bath and Body works and pick up a scented candle to smell, put it back down and not even buy it, ads show up for that specific scent only. We have to walk with so much caution these days that shopping, browsing, just enjoying exploring companies has become dangerous ground. Sleep well tonight, learn your rights, don't give them a cent and speak your mind. No more tears allowed!

I've purchased from temu in the past, but it's things that I wouldn't have gotten from an artist themselves. It's a good source for low cost clothes and other commercially made items. But I think of it as the dollar tree version of Amazon. And there's always a buyer beware to any company that sells online, even the smaller ones or the ones calling themselves handmade items. Just have to do your research before making a purchase.

honestly, since i was very young, like 8 or 9, i always wanted to communicate with good spirits, i wanted to connect with my grandmas because i couldn't meet them (they died before i was born). however i was born in a christian household and witchcraft is a big no, but at 8 when I told my dad about wanting to talk to these spirits he told me as long i prayed i would deter the bad spirits and i could then communicate with the good ones. when i grew up i looked into witchcraft on youtube but it never connected with me, i never felt like i could "manifest" or do the stuff usually said out there, and here in my country, witches back in our days practiced black magic T^T so it's so hard to find a witchcraft guide that is safe and could get somewhere, because i want to practice witchcraft for healing. any advice?
