I _highly_ recommend oil pulling! It's an ancient ayurvedic practice, and they traditionally used sesame oil. If you decide to use sesame oil DO NOT buy "pure sesame oil". That does not mean what you think...it doesn't mean 100% sesame...rather, it's a regulated food industry term which means _toasted_ sesame oil, which is most often used in cooking for its flavor, but it's gross for oil pulling.
