YAMATIC UPDATE : So far the cracking has not effected performance of hose. I couldn’t say it was the winner but I also couldn’t NOT recommend it based on how it has been performing. I’ll keep you all posted.

I started my business from watching you and buying the stuff that you recommended and all I have to say is that everything works and pairs so beautifuly with each other. I was gonna say for your next video, you can piece together the best setup for a wet vac with a professional extractor attachment (rip clean). Just throwing that out there for a video recommendation 👍🏽❤

Are these flexible hoses for lower pressure, pressure washers or they capable of 3000psi use? Most demonstrators are using 1800psi washers. I've seen comments that they reduce the amount of your pressure washer because they are to soft for high, 3000psi, use. I see they are rated for 3000 plus but at what cost?
@kevinfeliciano4579 ай бұрын
The flexzilla and uberflex both have the same patent. They may be made by the same mother company
@GlassWolfLHАй бұрын
I'm sure for car detailing, and a lower PSI pressure washer, your findings are accurate. I use a 4000 PSI, 4.0 GPM North Star PW, and Uberflex has nothing in that range. I use the Flexzilla 4000 PSI 50' hose, with 5/16" ID line. Weight is 5.2 lbs. I tried the Yamatic 4000 PSI 50' line, and it was stiff, although with a full 3/4" ID hose, it weighed 12.6 lbs! The Amazon generic lines in the 4000 PSI range all had horrible reviews, with line blow-outs, cracks, ends falling off, etc. If you need a high-pressure line, stick with Flexzilla, in either 4000, or 4200 PSI. Strong, light, flexible, and well-made.

Not sure why everybody likes the Flexilla hose. I've had it for a couple of years, bought it cause I thought it would look cool with the Ryobi pressure washer, but it's been one of the most frustrating hoses I've ever used. True it may not kink, and it is strong and has held up well, but this thing coils like crazy and gets caught on everything. I have to continuously turn the hose for it to uncoil. Having said that, I don't lay it out in the sun for an hour to warm up which I agree probably would help, but I live in L.A., so I'm not in cold weather here. Maybe it's me and I'm asking too much, or maybe I just got a bad hose, I don't know, but I just want to be able to grab a hose and start working, which is something I can't do. I know you mentioned that to be fair you were going to lay them all out in the sun for an hour, which I get, but I'd like to see how the hoses do if they're not laid out in the sun for an hour and see what hoses are easier to work with. With regard to the two hoses being the same, it has been pretty well investigated and shown they are the same, even sharing the same patent number, I believe, although I could be off on that as it's been awhile since I heard it. There are other KZbinrs out there who have really looked into it. Lastly, however, I will say, however, that I have also been very impressed with my Ryobi pressure washer. I've put it through the paces, and it has kicked butt for several years now. Small but mighty.

A big problem I've seen is the vibration from the pressure washer would eat away on the outside of the hose. Had to get some that had metal braiding on the outside to stop them from being chewed up. Not kinking is great but if you have to throw away the hose every few times of use it's just not worth it.
@AutoHeadz2 ай бұрын
That’s weird. Iv literally never heard of this happening to anyone. Can you explain how this would happen with quick connects attached? I’m confused.
@Michael-yx2un2 ай бұрын
@@AutoHeadz Not the quick connects, but the hose exterior. If you're on concrete or pavement the vibration of the pressure washer makes the hose rub on the ground, I've had one of those soft hoses rub a flat spot that I ended up returning for some heavy duty hose with steel braiding on it.

Next time you use your pressure washer try this. Before turning on the pressure washer, make sure the hose is completely flattened out then turn on the pressure washer. Sometimes if the hose is coiled up, and the pressure washer is then turned on, the hose will stay coiled.

i have the Uberflex with a mtm hydro pressure wash gun with built in stainless swivel not cheap i cost more than the hise but i don't get and kinks or coiling by using it. tip to all...when storing your hose pull hose out straight first always and remove your gun from quick connect then hold hose up in the air and coil it up by stretch arms out grabbing by bottom as far as you v can reach arms apart, coil and pull one hand to the next, and repeat creating a 3 to 4 ft loop it will have less memory and will drain the water at the same time. 💪 or just put it on a retractable reel like i do now easiest way to preserve your hose and keep it nice for years. oh slso try not to just drop the ends on the ground this will degrade it fast
