Currently using the latest Crown 202 buttons. Switched out the Cherry MX Silvers for some Lumia tactile switches too and it feels amazing! I think any switch should be able to work with these buttons honestly, might need some tweaks but yeah.

Very well organized and executed video! Really a joy to watch. Love the passion, the straightforward and candid approach and the use of in-game action.

I am absolutely wary about picking up and learning to play Street Fighter again. I have had a very rough relationship with SF since I was 15. That was back in 2011.

Light yagami’s laugh when you said you dream of day of you being elite, was right on point! Thank you for breaking down frame data. It took me a couple of play throughs to understand wtf you were saying but I got now what the hell is a counter vs a punish!

i come back to this video every few months when i feel down about losing a lot in fighting games. i honestly often quit but this video gets me so hyped up to try again. i have to remind myself that the fun from these games comes from the difficulty, and if everyone was at a pro player level instantly it wouldn’t be nearly as fun. my favorite fgc video by far and a really fun watch ❤️

I've seen this video several times(it keeps showing up in my feed for some reason) but damn it does resonate with me. I've for a long time in my journey felt like I wasn't really making any real progress and was still getting cheaped out by my cousins in every game we played and I think that's why I used to play fgs kinda on and off but I think what really helped me was starting to go to locals which honestly was probably the first time I ever felt like I belonged somewhere it's such an amazing feeling to be in a room full of people feeling the same hype as you and just having a blast tryna do some cool shit or see other people do cool shit. A lot of people there also helped me realize my short comings and gave suggestions on what I can do to improve and now I went from being hard stuck in bronze in sfv to blazing through platinum in sf6 and even managed to catch up with my cousins in old games like marvel 2 and cvs 2. I know I'm not one of the strongest players and probably never will be but I still love the competition and I love that feeling of finally being able to do the things I never thought I could do which is why this genre, community, and to an extent terry bogard since that was the character that made me love fighting games, are so important to me

What about arena first person shooters? People shouldn't give up on those. Why is it that the fighting game genre is more popular? So anyway, why don't you play on gamepad or console?

Fighting games cannot give up on me due to lack of sentience. But, if fighting games were to possess sentience, then I can say with certainty that fighting games will give up on me.

I gave up on fgs. They don't bring joy to me; I only get stress, adrenaline, sadness, anxiety, and the pounding heartrate that comes with it. I tried. But I can't do it. They make me extremely sad to the point of dissociating so I can't break down until emotions get too strong to handle.

Dude, I'm starting with some ps1 fighting games. Since I can't really afford anything new but I really want to get into fighting games, I decided to start with ps1 emulation since that's what I have accessible to me with my RG351MP. This is so hard but damn is it fun. Right now I'm playing Streat Fighter Alpha 3, and DarkStalkers. Wish me luck on my journey!

The one thing to take away from all of this: if you're not entering tournaments, practicing 5 to 8 hours a day, or just not retaining any of the knowledge in this video... you are a casual... and that's ok.

I quit fighting games recently, so i decided to give this a watch, but i was very disappointed. I couldn't be botbered go sit through the rest of the video because everything you're talking about it explaining things to a brand new player when the title clearly implies it is for at least semi experienced players. I already know frame data and all this stuff. You are also spending way too long explaining them. The first 15 minutes of this video could be 5 minutes or even less.
@TheAlex0104 ай бұрын
Who is your target audience with this video? The title implies it's for people who played fighting games, but gave up, but that doesn't seem to be who you made it for.
